Rested company, all - adults. At first, the hotel shocked us by the fact that we had to change five rooms while we settled in, because the air conditioners did not work (before our arrival, it rained heavily, and something flooded there). But eventually they settled down. The rooms are modest but comfortable. Cleaning daily. Change of linen - as needed, more often - on demand. The room has air conditioning, a fan, a small refrigerator, a TV (although there are no Russian-language channels), a shower (although there is no shower, but the floor is sloping, and in my opinion the shower is very comfortable), a loggia. Safe - at the reception (1 dollar / day). The staff is friendly, efficient, but not in a hurry. If you were told that I will do something now, then it is not necessarily now, and they will not necessarily do it, but everyone will do it with a smile.
The owner of the hotel - Edwin - lives right there, on the territory of the hotel. In which case, contact him directly - the result is immediately, everything is done instantly. Edwin is very accessible but English speaking. In general, there are no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, since the vast majority of vacationers are English, so it is recommended to speak at least a little, within the elementary, English. The hotel is quiet, not noisy. The cuisine is good, not expensive, although breakfasts are always the same - scrambled eggs (or scrambled eggs) from two eggs with ham or bacon, fruit salad, toast with butter and marmalade, tea / coffee, juice. You can connect to the Internet (wi-fi) by asking Edwin (his personal one), but only if you have a laptop. There is no Internet cafe in the city!!!
The beach is within 500-600 meters from the hotel - walk between the hotels 100 m, exit onto the road, turn left, along the road 300-350 meters, and on the right side pass to the beach. We dined in a neck on the beach - 7 shakes (cafe) from the entrance to the beaches to the right. The owner is Edwin. The kitchen is good, although the shake itself looks rather poor. Tapchans and umbrellas near the neck are free, everyone invites to their place, so you can choose. You can have a good lunch on the beach for 6-10 dollars. Seafood is expensive (relatively).

Please note that in Cavelossim (the city where the hotel is located) there are many jewelry stores, but I advise you to buy only in shops near the hotel, take purchase receipts, and consult other jewelers after buying if you have bought fakes. If a fake is found, demand an exchange and threaten the police. By the way, they practically don’t cheat in shops in the city, but outside the city, so to speak, on outbound shopping, they can (by the way, what we had), hoping that while you identify a fake, you won’t have time to return and change before departure. Therefore, checks and consultation with other jewelers are a must.
By the way, shopping in Cavelossim is cheaper than in Old Goa and Panaja, and on the beach you can buy the same as in stores, only half the price. The main thing is to bargain!
A grocery store is located at the exit to the road, 50 m to the right.
Excursions can be booked through a guide, but expensive. We rented a car from Edwin - $60 for four people for 7-8 hours, and drove ourselves. Fishing was also organized in the hotel - they turned to a guy from the staff, whose name is Bedan (by the way, he knows a few words in Russian, which makes communication quite easy, and quite often advised us on various issues).
If you have any problems, please contact the owner - Edwin. He is a local political leader, has influence in the city, and will definitely try to help.
In general, we are satisfied with the rest, if you do not bother with the little things. Remember, what money is comfort.
