We stayed at the hotel from January 21 to January 31.2013.
I really liked the cleanliness and order of the hotel, the courtesy of the staff and employees.
During our stay at the hotel, a church was built and opened very quickly next to it.
Check in:
We arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning, at the reception they said to wait until 10-11 o’clock until the room was free, offered money to speed up the check-in process, to which they smiled at us and politely refused, immediately agreed that we were allowed to have breakfast (breakfasts from 7 -30 to 10 am), on account of breakfast, which disappears on the last day of stay at the hotel (the plane was at 6 am and checked out from the hotel at 3 am and, accordingly, did not get to breakfast the next day).
We filled out a guest questionnaire (full name, phone number, etc. ), immediately the hotel staff made photocopies of our passports.

We left our luggage in a special small room at the reception (free of charge), went for breakfast and walked along the beach until we checked in (10 minutes to the beach). Many are waiting for check-in waiting on the sofas at the reception (Why wait at the hotel? )
Currency can be changed at the hotel reception (1 dollar-50 rupees) or in the trailer in front of the entrance to the beach (1 dollar - 53 rupees).
At the entrance to the hotel there is a smartly dressed porter who always opens the door for you.
Number:
The room was clean, spacious, bright two-room (No. 121 double) at the entrance to the room, the plastic chip on the key is inserted into a special slot on the wall and all lighting, air conditioners and sockets start working in the modes in which they were left.
The first room contained:
Plasma TV (according to the guide db 3 Russian channels - did not check, as it was not before), a mini-bar-fridge in which there was beer, gas. water (for a fee), a desk (envelopes, paper and paper clips with hotel logos in drawers), a chair, a sofa, a picture, an air conditioner like a ceiling fan.
There was an email on the mini bar. teapot, mug, in bags (coffee, cream, sugar) and 2 bottles of drinking water of 0.5 l. (every day they brought new bottles and coffee for free).
In the second room were:
Double bed, wardrobe, table (now without a chair), telephone, modern air conditioning with p. u. (but noisy) and air conditioning like a ceiling fan, a wall clock with a sterling logo (not working) from the room there was an exit to the balcony. The safe was built inside the closet, there was also a hairdryer.
The receptionist helps carry the suitcases to the room and shows how to set the code on the safe, but does not explain how to use the phone.
The room is cleaned every day at about one in the afternoon. From towels (the first three days) they made figures of swans, butterflies, hearts and left them on the bed.
The bathroom is combined with a bathroom unit, there were as many as 3 showers in it: at the top and bottom were fixed and one removable in the center, as well as a sink, a mirror and a bathroom. node.

There were also 3 small transparent bottles: shampoo, body lotion, shower gel (which were updated, for some reason, only the first 5 days).
Breakfasts:
Passed under the open sky. At the entrance, the hotel employee must call the room number. (marked in the list). It is better to come for breakfast earlier, because then there is not enough space and other vacationers are seated at your table.
Buffet breakfast:
Every day there were: 2 types of juices (one, as a rule, multifruit), coffee, tea, hot and cold milk, 2 types of jams, toast (3 types), pancakes, scrambled eggs (ordered from an employee), yogurt in small cups, dry flakes, fried potatoes, sausages (spicy), beans in sauce (spicy), sliced watermelon pulp, sliced pineapple pulp, chopped fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, herbs.
Minuses:
Fruit cannot be brought into the hotel. The hotel staff kindly advise at the entrance to hide fruit in bags and backpacks.
The reception only speaks English.
In the mornings (6-8 am) the voices and various noises of the attendants woke up, at night it is better to close the balcony so that small mosquitoes do not bite.
From the small gaps between the walls and electrical outlets, small ants walked in whole ranks, looking for sweets and food, the ants themselves did not bite me, so apart from a slight aesthetic discomfort, I didn’t feel anything else : )
Bed linen was changed, according to some kind of cunning system, apparently assessed its cleanliness by eye and, if necessary, changed, once they simply turned the sheets over and laid the same ones.
In the evening, the temperature of the water periodically jumps, sometimes hot, sometimes cold.
At night, all electricity is regularly turned off, but not for a long minute or two.
We looked behind the hotel's fence and saw heaps of rubbish piled up, both food and household, and several grazing cows, which immediately ate this garbage, after that they decided not to try dairy products at the hotel.

When checking out from the hotel at the reception, we were presented with an invoice for tea (supposedly ordered on the day of check-in at the hotel), for 100 rupees, the check had a dubious signature slightly similar to mine in the passport, I had to explain in English that the order was not mine and the signature was not mine, to which, after some time, they told me: “Not yours, not yours, okay, ” and they let me go in peace.
By the way, the prices indicated in the price lists at the hotel do not include tax, so at checkout, all amounts will be slightly higher, respectively.
There is not a single mini-supermarket or shops nearby, there is a small kiosk in the direction opposite the road to the beach, where you can buy: water, bread, chocolate and household items: shampoo, toothpaste, razors and the like. Went there for bottled drinking water.
All the disadvantages listed above, of course, are not significant and in general the impression of the hotel is pleasant and positive, for a 3-star hotel the level of this hotel is very good.
