My husband and I were in this hotel in December 2008, we really liked it, helpful staff (albeit only English-speaking), warm sea, clean beach, coconut palms are just super long, and at the top there are coconuts, in winter coconuts and palm leaves fell, so under them walking was not safe. every evening there was entertainment, or a musician or a magician, or in general a large concert of Indian and not only music, in general, don’t get bored, especially since alcoholic drinks are free in an unlimited number, I personally drank local rum with cola not even bad. The food is spicy and spicy, washed it all down with water, but my husband liked it, there were few sweets and fruits, so we bought chocolates in the shops nearby, I can’t do without them. we rented bikes near the hotel, it cost about a dollar an hour, we walked right along the beach, the sand is very fine and when the tide is out the beach becomes like a road, hard and even, there are a lot of beautiful shells, to collect at sunset, the water is warm even at night, there were in the north of Goa, in the night bazaar, there are a lot of informals, there are a lot of Russians, you don’t have to deal with souvenirs in advance, just go to this bazaar (it’s only on Saturdays) and buy everything there in full, you just have to bargain !!
In general, a very mysterious country, completely incomprehensible to us (Europeans), with its own rhythm of life, with its own unique humid, hot air (and this is in December), kind, small, Indians... is remembered for a lifetime, I advise everyone to go...
