Before the trip, I also read the reviews, and thought: "Yes, no, it's nonsense, then my vacation will turn out great! " Nothing like this. If the problem is in the company - there will be no great vacation. In 2 weeks I have only 1.5 established (without jokes of representatives) days. Combined tour: bus + beach. Upon arrival in Rimini, they first said the bus, and then they said that I was not on the lists and they had to go. Dropped off and left. And so the vacation began. I was constantly not on the lists, very often I had to stupidly sit on the bus to leave the next city, instead of walking. Representatives give at best false information, at worst they do not come at all, or they come and do not give any information. Constantly rude and mind their own business, not tourists. I tried to get rid of the negative, but they constantly added fuel to the fire, they didn’t let me relax. The next big thing is the replacement of the hotel, confronted by a terrible looking fax. And lastly, they did not report the time of departure, I found out by chance a couple of hours before leaving the hotel, of course, left without breakfast. Upon arrival, of course, I sent a complaint, and they also accused me, on almost all points of the claim, which was more than 3 A4 sheets of small print. Imagine how hard it was to make a tourist write in such a volume. Generally rude attitude. Worse than ever! But they proudly wear T-shirts with corporate identity, and this is where the organization of the tour ends. She just doesn't! !
