Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. We lived in the hotel for 14 days. They prompted and helped on all issues: excursions, food, shops, travel... When leaving, they even provided their own home scales (for weighing luggage)!
The rooms are clean, cleaning was done daily, and very high quality.
Excellent breakfasts.
