Tour operator DANKO prepared my vacation, which was explained in detail what conditions are needed for my family's vacation, and why a mini-kitchen is so necessary for preparing a special meal for a child with allergies. As a result, DANKO received an offer to accommodate us in an apart-hotel. According to DANKO, it is in this apart-hotel that we need a mini-kitchen.

It is important that in my contract it is clearly written that I ordered a room with a sea view and a baby crib in the room. Upon arrival, there was no talk of a cradle, and all the hotel staff made surprised eyes at the fact that we, it turns out, had ordered a cradle. A sea view…. As a result, my wife and daughter were only able to stay there for 3 nights. I had to find another hotel at my own expense and move them. You understand that since I personally did everything, how much time it took for all this, plus travel, plus taxi costs. At the Marina Aregai Hotel, we asked to consider the issue of returning the money to us, but they answered us there that they did not receive the money from us, therefore they cannot return it to us, that we need to contact our agency. I contacted my agency. As a result, it turned out that the chain of intermediaries from us to the hotel is so large that in order to agree on a refund with everyone, you need to spend a lot of time, money on calling back and correspondence, which seemed simply impossible to me. And lastly, we did not issue a check out from the hotel. According to my holiday plan, in the middle of the holiday period, I personally should come. I arrived and at some point we realized that the child can be left with the grandmothers in the newly purchased hotel, and live in the Marina Aregai Hotel ourselves, because. the money to pay for the newly booked hotel was already running out. We drove, the key was in hand, but the room did not open. Turning to the reception with the question “how to get into our room? ”, We received an amazing answer “and we sold your number! ”. Then I again ask for a refund, to which I receive an answer that, according to the contract, the money is not returned.
I did not write any refusals from the number, or anything else, and therefore I cannot understand on what basis I was thrown out into the street at all. What if I ran out of money? I would stay with a 2 year old child in my arms on the street?
