They are well prepared. The rooms are just awful. Wifi is missing.

Accidentally bought a tour, did not have time to look for reviews. Rested with a baby and mom. Upon arrival at the airport in Italy, they waited for a long time in the bus not for vacationers, but for slow TezTour employees. Of course, everyone was very tired and wanted to quickly check in, but the organization of the hotel staff at the reception is at a very low level, as a result of the crowd, screams, disputes, discontent. As it turned out, the rooms are scattered over a large area and everyone wanted to be closer to the sea, they even booked such a room in advance, but upon arrival they were unpleasantly surprised when they settled in Bruni's rooms (those that are far from the restaurant, sea and bar). We were settled closer to the sea, in a room with mold on the walls, dusty canopies over the bed and the same curtains, old creaky furniture and insects, mattress springs rest against the back. The lizard in the shower was very calm and sweet - there are no complaints about it. The plumbing was rusty, and in the shower it was difficult to turn around even for such a skinny person like me. But in each room there is a urinal (this is for the hotel to get 4 *), linen and towels are very old with holes. For the baby, they gave me a large iron two-level bed and didn’t even give me linen, there are no blankets in the rooms in principle. The air conditioner was never cleaned, and therefore there is also mold there and for some reason a terrible stench comes from it. In the morning, I was terribly indignant and went to ask to call the sanitary and epidemiological station, to which I was refused and offered to look at other rooms. At this time, a cleaning lady came running and tried to wipe the mold off the walls. To my complaints about the room, Tatiana, a Russian-speaking hotel employee, said: "What did you want to see for this money? You paid a penny for the tour. " I paid 97.000 rubles for two (a child is free) for 12 days and for her it can be a penny, not for everyone. I was going to a 4* hotel and I want to live in a 4* hotel and not in a moldy barn. By the way, there were a lot of outraged people, someone changed the number (although they are almost all the same), and someone resigned. I was offered 2 rooms to choose from, they were only without visible mold, otherwise the same. I contacted the seller of the tour, with the tour operator, I was refused to move to another hotel. TezTour!!! ! So we moved to another room with a broken air conditioner and a terrible stench in the bathroom (even the window in it did not help). A TezTour employee looked at the rooms with me and, not without regret, agreed that it was not even 3 * and that it was not safe to live here with a child (mold threatens asthma, and insects you understand) is not safe, but he can’t do anything. Pleasantly surprised by the sandy beach and the warm sea. And the food is simple but pretty good. Long breaks between meals, vacationers stocked up on biscuits from breakfast, fruit from lunch, or walked several kilometers to the store. Outside the field and heaps of garbage (it is scattered just everywhere). There is nowhere to walk. There is no wifi. Animation is missing completely. (Water aerobics 15 minutes on the beach do not count). Rest for pensioners, the cat for the first time got out to the sea. Read reviews carefully and don't repeat my mistakes!! ! Have a good trip everyone!
