I myself am a travel agent, and for the first time I got into a hotel that completely disappointed me and my family. Given the rather high cost compared to other destinations, I would not recommend anyone to go there. Causes:

1. Accommodation, we, like other Russian families in this race, were placed in small houses near the fence (the so-called Superior). Although we booked rooms in February with wishes above the ground floor, we encountered a smell of dampness and mold in the room. Inside the room there are 2 rooms, one is completely empty (previously there was a kitchen apparently), with a sofa for 1 person and a table, in the second room there is a double bed and a wardrobe. It was impossible to sleep the first night because of the smell, despite the windows wide open. NUMBER 217. Our neighbors turned out to have a similar situation with the number. MINIbar is paid, 25 euros per week! at the same time, it almost does not cool, the products spoiled during the day.


2. Service at the hotel.
Attempts to move to other buildings (2-story) were categorically refused to us, due to the fact that there are no rooms, supposedly regular tourists book their favorite rooms in advance. (at the same time, new tourists from other countries entered and left the hotel daily). but they offered a Family room with a decent surcharge of 35 euros per night. Of course, for this price it was possible to rent decent apartments for a week in a nearby hotel! On our refusal, as a result, a cleaning lady came to us daily and removed the smell of dampness with a freshener with a strong chemical smell ((..

2. Nutrition. I DO NOT recommend taking full board, as the hotel is à la carte, the choice of dishes is very limited and choosing 2 dishes for lunch for dinner, there is almost no choice left. The kitchen is of course specific, but it is possible to specify the wishes for the child.
(What we used later, but we must take into account that they do not prepare traditional soups and cereals) Fruits are given very limitedly and only every other day, very often not ripe. The service in the restaurant is very slow, once we sat for 1.5 hours, until we and other families openly began to resent the owner of the hotel.

3. Animation. IT IS NOT. We rested with a child of 4 years old, upon arrival it turned out that the hotel does not provide animation, there is no mini-club or absolutely no animation program. The only entertainment in the evenings is singing in the evenings by the same performer. In general, boredom is mortal with children.

When asked about the children's club, at first they said through the Russian employee Inna that there is a club, but it only works for Italian children and allegedly strictly from the age of 5, then when trying to contact Tui's representatives, they said that the club does not work on weekends and will be after (they were deceived if only we didn’t move to another hotel, apparently), and later they generally said that there were few children in the hotel, so the children’s animator would only spend time with children in a neighboring hotel (where there were even fewer children). There were several families with children with us, including those who had a rest last year, everyone was very and unpleasantly surprised (there was a good children's animation last season).

4. The territory of the hotel. The whole territory is buried in blooming greenery, a real tropical garden. BUT I want to draw the attention of allergy sufferers, in the daytime there are a huge number of bees right at the windows and near the rooms.
Not everyone, but we were unlucky and during sunny hours the entire terrace was covered with bees, the windows were not opened, the buzzing was heard perfectly right in the room. The hotel staff did nothing to complain. I got the impression that they have no interest in tourists at all, especially Russians, and complete indifference on the part of the staff,

5. Beach. Really chic, sunbeds and umbrellas were always available. For several days the sea was stormy, the water was dirty and strong waves. They were brought to the beach and taken away quickly.
