We rested in Grand Chalet Soreghes 4 * from 03.01. 2009 to 10.01. 2009. To be honest, we were shocked by the hotel! This hotel is not something that does not pull at 4 *, it hardly reaches 3 *. We had a tiny room, instead of a bath there was a shower cabin, the floor was wooden without any hint of varnish or paint, the furniture was wooden, very similar to furniture from IKEA. Not a single glass cup in the room - instead, plastic cups that have not been changed once in a week. The heating is switched off several times during the day. In the room there is an antediluvian TV of a terribly small size, the remote control for which you need to beg, and it showed badly. And it was the number that we beat for two hours! First, we were offered a room in which, instead of a shower, there was a hole in the floor for draining water, and a metal tube for a curtain hung from the ceiling, which, by the way, was not there. However, I must say that the hotel also has normal rooms with a jacuzzi and plasma.
But apparently there are so few of them that you need to book in the summer.

Food in the restaurant for two: the portions are very small (after dinner I had to go to a nearby pizzeria to catch up), and if you do not come to the opening of the restaurant, you risk losing the opportunity to try at least something from the salad bar, about which to say that he is poor, it means not to say anything. The manager of the hotel is an ill-mannered boor!! ! And in general, it cannot be said that the staff was friendly, rather indifferent to everything.

The sauna is paid (9 euros per person at a time), you need to change clothes in the room, because the locker room is terrible and dirty, bathrobes are also paid (it seems 5 euros a day), instead of a pool there is some kind of puddle in which there are a lot of children.
The ski storage is not heated (the only battery can not cope) and is constantly open - come in whoever you want, no one offers keys for the lockers, only before leaving we saw an announcement that the ski locker costs 3 euros per day, there is no dryer for boots project, boots had to be taken to the room in order to put on warm and dry in the morning, and not dank and cold, which boots become after a night spent on the wooden racks of the so-called storage.

A separate song is the work of Acsent Travel guides! There is no sense from them, and help too! When we got ourselves a normal number (if you can call it that), we waited for the guide for 1.5 hours, and when he arrived, he said that he couldn’t help us, because there were no other numbers, he turned around and left.
He offered us his help in renting a car, but the car was brought to us without GPRS and ski mounts, although we drew the attention of our guide to this. When we called him, he said that he did not know anything, and suggested that we figure it out ourselves. By the way, the car is driven with an empty tank.
We flew to Brescia, the road to the hotel took us 6.5 hours, although we drove back in 4 hours. They say that flying to Verona is more convenient. And the airport in Verona is better.
The only plus of this hotel is its proximity to the ski lift. Skiing and mountains are awesome!
