I am not at all a pretentious person and I have rested a lot. And having traveled half of Europe, I wanted to leave my review about this hotel, because I have not seen anything worse.
The rooms themselves are not bad, only small. Cleaning every day, towels changed every day. And on the positive side, this is a good location near the ski lift 200 meters. You can walk in boots. And that's where the positive ends.

The food is just disgusting. Everything is not fresh, old. Breakfast is standard, cereal, eggs, kobasa, which by the end of the week was already smelly. The rolls that are given both in the morning and in the evening at the end of the week were simply wooden. For dinner, a choice of 2 courses of the first and second courses. From the first always pasta and soup. It is impossible to eat soup at all, from pearl barley, such army food. Pasta, this is our cheapest pasta with tomato or cream sauce. If the additions are from sausage or mushrooms, then also from the previous days, then what should have been thrown away. Once, for the second, they gave meat, which had apparently already deteriorated, but it was soaked in vinegar so that it was impossible to eat. In general, there is absolutely no need to take dinner there, it is better to go to different normal restaurants, which are very numerous and provide very tasty food and other national dishes.
We somehow went on an excursion and warned the owner that we would be late, we arrived at 20.45, dinner usually ended at 21-21.30. They decided to save money on us and gave us dry rations of dry rolls and rotten sausage.
The attitude of the owner of the hotel towards the guests is simply disgusting. He shows his negative attitude in every way. At 21.30 he closes the front door and asks if you leave to take the keys with you. If for some reason the keys are forgotten, or you left much earlier and did not have time to return, then there is a chance to stay outside for the night. This situation happened to our neighbors. They came at 11 pm and could not get through. They called us by phone, we opened the door for them from the terrace and they got into the room through our balcony, in the morning we opened them. Our biggest surprise was when the owner, after this story, complained about us to the guide that we let the girls in at night.
In the morning we left at 7 am, no one saw us off either. The owner saves on everything: staff, food, service. In general, he fully sends his 2 stars. It is a pity that in the presence of such a beautiful country one has to experience such an attitude and inconvenience. The hotel has only 15 rooms, and it always seemed that since the hotel is private, the attitude should be good. To my surprise, the opposite is true here. If we consider a budget option, then it is possible, but only without dinner and not paying attention to the rudeness of the owner. And the resort itself is excellent: the tracks are well-groomed, varied, the weather was excellent.
