Rested together with my husband (23 and 30 years old) from 4 to 18 July 2009. Tour operator Natalie Tours. Prepare for the holidays well in advance. They didn’t even think about choosing a tour operator: since Italy, then Natalie Tours. That's where I'll start. For those 5 times that I came to the Moscow office on various issues, I managed to talk with my manager only once, when I signed the contract. On the rest of the days, she was strangely absent from her workplace, although I discussed the time of the visit by phone. In general, the working day of Natalie's managers causes nothing but envy - from 11 am to 7 pm (and then, if you're lucky, you can find it in the office). Well, that's okay. Most of all, I was upset by the absolute indifference to questions and wishes, the mood of the “seller” from the series “if you don’t want to, don’t take it, we have a line outside the door here. ” And this is in a crisis, when there is no one outside the door (all 5 times). And when will I stop wondering how mediocre the Russians are in their business? Example: when choosing a hotel, one of the main criteria was the presence in the room of a double bed with one (! ) mattress, and not two beds pushed together. I asked the manager about this when drawing up the contract. The manager assured me that it was not a problem. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that in all double rooms there are two beds, this hotel, in principle, does not have rooms with double beds. Question: what did it cost for the manager from the Moscow office to send an email to the hotel with a question, and if we received a negative answer, we would simply choose another hotel. But the manager did not want to complicate herself in this way. And in general, the employees of Natalie Tours do not want to bother themselves with anything. Except for issuing receipts. The feeling that they are paying money to customers, and not vice versa. The work of the receiving party did not cause any technical complaints: we were met on time, there were no delays, the transfer was normal. But somehow, excuse me, just to get rid of it, sometimes there was a feeling that the guide was sitting and thinking looking at the tourists - "they came in large numbers. " Please don’t think that I demand a lot of attention to myself, but when the guide who met you, escorting you to the hotel, says: “Next, sort it out yourself, ” it’s somehow sad. By the way, I haven’t forgotten yet: instead of air tickets, they issue papers a la an electronic ticket, a la, a husband often flies and knows what an electronic ticket actually looks like. The agency gives out a kind of printout, which an inexperienced person, not counting as a document, can easily throw it away, remembering the information about the departure and return. So, be sure to keep this "filkin's letter" before flying home! When we returned, several people who threw these papers away did not want to check in for the flight! In the end, everything ended well, but I think they experienced discomfort, and we waited for an hour on the plane while we decided whether to take these "hares" on a half-empty plane or not. Now about the hotel Le Soleil. We chose it mainly based on online reviews. Everyone was surprisingly positive. I'm sorry, I spoil the big picture a bit. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Everything is nearby: supermarket, bus stop, cafes and shops. Near Aurora Square, where every day there were concerts that ended at 11 pm. Too noisy in my opinion. The rooms are really small but quite cozy. The safe deserves special attention. Although this is not a safe, it is, sorry, SAFE. It fits in: documents, wallet, small camera, 2 phones. That's all : ) Document holder with passports didn't fit in there, I had to hand over passports and everything else separately. The bathroom has a shower cabin, plumbing is quite decent. The balconies are not separated from each other, so going out in the morning to admire the square, they greeted their neighbors. The air conditioner worked properly, but at night it was noisy like an old refrigerator, making it difficult to sleep. Not recommended for light sleepers! More or less soundproofing in the rooms. To prevent you from disturbing your neighbors, the TV has a volume blocker. So when the “refrigerator” (air conditioner) is on or in the evenings, when a concert rumbled on the square, the TV is not audible. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every other day, bed linen 2-3 times a week. Very nice girls work at the reception, always ready to help. One of them spoke Russian. The contingent in the hotel is mainly families with children and couples of retirement age. There were practically no young couples like us. Almost half are Italians, 30% of Russians, the rest are Europeans. Beach. Strongly upset. Upon arrival, you are assigned an umbrella and two loungers tied : ) to it. Although there is only one sunbed of them, and the second one is a kind of hammock chair, in which you can only sit (see photo). Getting an even tan in this way will not work, so we took turns sunbathing! Yes, and it is impossible to straighten up after sitting in such an "armchair" for 10 minutes. : ) Good sunbeds near the pool. Accordingly, they are paid: 8 euros per day, rental of a beach towel 3 euros per day. The sea is muddy, the bottom is visible only near the shore. In the second week, the entire coast was filled with algae, it was unpleasant to enter the water. But the worst thing on the beach is the merchants! They did not even try to count their number, it is impossible. Every 2-3 minutes another African passes by you with bags / glasses / towels / umbrellas and other nonsense. It would be nice if they did it silently, but no, they shout at the whole beach! At the same time, every 10th one comes up and shoves the “goods” right in your face. Therefore, it is simply impossible to read a book calmly, and even more so to sleep! I don't understand why the local authorities are doing nothing about this. Nutrition. Breakfasts were held from 8.00 to 10.00. It must be said that the hotel serves breakfast and dinner in different restaurants. And if at dinner a table is assigned to each room, then breakfast is served in another smaller restaurant. Several times we had to leave and return after some time, because there were simply no free places. The choice of food is quite large, but monotonous. From fresh fruits for breakfast, watermelon, melon, oranges, apples and kiwi. And they didn’t even bother to cut off the rind from the watermelon. First time I see this. During breakfast, an administrator runs between the tables with a menu according to which you choose dishes for dinner (see photo). There are two dishes to choose from the menu. First: soup / spaghetti / risotto. Second: meat / fish / chicken. I didn't like ordering from the menu: blindly. The buffet is more familiar. A couple of times they chose something that they did not eat later. Dinner from 19.30 to 20.30. Buffet of vegetables, fresh and marinated. And a few more trays of hot appetizers. I won’t say exactly what they had, because in order to avoid queues for dinner, we usually came at 19.40-20.00, and the trays were already being mercilessly emptied by that time. A couple of times I managed to catch a few slices of pizza and shellfish on them. Dinner is served by a waiter. We had a nice lady who didn't understand a word of English. But the service was surprisingly fast. Dishes for dinner, to be honest, did not cause delight. A couple of times there was good fish, lasagna and minestrone. The meat was often very tough. Dessert is also brought by the waiter. Choose from: a piece of cake, a 100-gram bowl of tiramisu, or a few pieces of fruit. So do not be afraid to get fat, it is unlikely to succeed. It's for the best. Drinks at dinner are paid. Pay before you leave. A bottle of water without gas - 3.5 euros. One day we ordered lemonade. The price was then struck - 18.5 euros for a 1.5l bottle. By the way, be sure to check the final score, we were credited with too much. If you want to eat outside the hotel, there are plenty of places. There is a pizzeria right next to the hotel, pizza there costs from 5 to 8 euros. Can be bought to take away. Water bought in a supermarket a stone's throw from the hotel, a bottle of 1.5 liters without gas 50-70 cents. We did not book excursions. We went to Venice on our own. First, by bus number 3 (stop at Piazza Aurora, 1 euro per person one way) to the bus station, from there by regular bus (6.50 euros one person round trip) to P. la Roma in Venice. Buses run on schedule. Travel time excluding waiting for buses 1.5 hours. It turns out a little longer than on the ferry, but then sitting in an air-conditioned bus, and not in a vessel filled to capacity, barely floating. Again, we looked at how ordinary Italians live. : ) The weather during our stay was very unstable. The first few days were cloudy with occasional rain. In the second week, the clouds became less, and a cold (! ) wind blew. For two weeks, it was possible to come to the beach no earlier than 10.30, because until that time the sky was covered with a dense veil of clouds. It sometimes rained at night, so the next morning the sand on the beach was wet. The evenings were either stuffy or cold. In general, the weather was conducive to excursions, but not to lying on the beach. . The sea is too cold. It warmed up only a few days before our departure, and on the day of departure a storm began (see photo). The spectacle was eerie - the gray sky, the waves of the ball 3-4. I think it was impossible to swim for several days. We concluded for ourselves: Italy is suitable for excursion programs, but not for a beach holiday. For us, a seaside vacation is a desire to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Moscow. Lido di Jesolo, unfortunately, did not cope with this task. There is plenty of hustle and bustle here: a large number of cars, local residents scurry back and forth, in the evenings you won’t be crowded on the main street, Chinese junk merchants are shouting on the beach. Summary: In principle, if all of the above did not kill your desire to go to Lido di Jesolo, then the Le Soleil hotel is quite suitable. Together with us in the hotel rested people who come there not for the first time. So it's up to you. Have a nice holiday everyone! We were once again convinced that we should go to mainland Europe not to the beach, but if the task is to raise the spiritual level by visiting museums and other historical places.
