I rested this year in Italy: Rome, Sicily and Milan. the hotels were good except for the hotel in milan. The price for the room is high and the service is just terrible.
upon check-in, they gave me a room on the 6th floor, when I entered there I was horrified: the smell is so smelly in the room that it is difficult to breathe, in addition, a cockroach sat quietly and peacefully on the bed. no one responded to my request to clean and ventilate the cleaners. so I changed the room on the second floor: there was an unpleasant smell, but not like that, the furniture was better. but early I was happy: in the morning when I wanted to turn on the light in the bathroom, it didn’t work out for me because my card was blocked and I called the reception where, by reaction, I realized they had such cases permanent. I got a card. when I returned to the room, the woman from the next room had the same problem: she could not get into the room again.
breakfast: this is a separate story - vegetables are very poorly washed, that is, they literally remain dirt, earth...

very meager choice to eat besides it's all either not fresh or salty. In short, you can't call it food.
Check-out: if you just want to pay 50 euros here it's very simple - stay an hour longer.
I have a terrible experience with this hotel.
