We paid for a triple room. We were given a room with two beds and a children's bunk bed at the expense of one place. Negotiations with the staff did not lead to anything, the room was not replaced for us, although a large half of the hotel was free. The photo of the triple room, presented on the sites as an advertisement, does not correspond to reality, since the triple (quadruple) rooms are different. Likewise - the bathroom does not match the photo.
