The hotel is close to the Seso Marelli metro station, 10 min walk to the metro (to the left of the hotel and down the street, go down the stairs to the lower street and go straight). This is the red line, which is 15 minutes to the Duomo Cathedral, fashion galleries and shopping streets and other central tourist places. The fare is 2 euros one way (it is better to immediately take 2 tickets from the machine, 1 for the return trip, so as not to queue later). Taxi from the hotel to the Cathedral is approximately 30-40 euros. The place is not central, but convenient enough and quickly accessible.
As you go towards the metro, on the right side there are pizzerias, 2 Chinese restaurants, one good Japanese one. In the afternoon and evening of Friday-Saturday it is crowded in restaurants. 5 minutes from the hotel (on the other side of the street) - an Arab shop with fruits and vegetables, with a good selection and nice prices. On the left side on the road to the metro there is a shopping gallery with an inexpensive clothing store OVS, if you walk along the gallery, there is a good supermarket behind this building (open from 8:00 to 20:30). There is also a restaurant in the hotel, but we didn't go there.
On the top hotels it is stated that the rooms have bathrobes, slippers, a kettle - we did not have this in the room, but we had a standard 2-bed room with 2 separate beds. Perhaps there are rooms in the higher category. The kettle was definitely missing. There was a lack of tea and a large cup in Italy)). There is tea at breakfast, but the maximum cup size is for Americano coffee ((.

The room is not large, standard size, the bathroom is also standard (shower, washbasin with mirror, toilet, bidet). Shower gel and shampoo tubes are replenished regularly. There is a hair dryer, an ordinary hotel one. Towels are changed regularly as soon as they are placed on the floor in the bathroom. They pick it up okay. The air conditioner works both for cooling and heating, clean, does not stink.
What is missing in my opinion - hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, a towel (there is 1 stool in the bathroom). The soundproofing of the windows is not very good (a little noise of passing cars is audible, for me it is not critical), but this is the case in most hotels.
Breakfast - if you come with a group, you will be fed in the buffet right behind the reception on the left. There are cereals with milk, bread, butter, jam, water, mini-packed cookies, croissants and cake, and 1 cheese and sausage. Coffee machine. Everything. We were mistakenly assigned here on the first day - we didn’t die of hunger, but it’s sad to have such a breakfast in a “gastronomic country”. Only a group tour is determined here (the Chinese sweep away everything edible in a matter of minutes, so the hotel decided the issue in this way). At the reception, you need to say that you are not in a group, but have arrived individually and you will be directed to the new building for breakfast (go through the buffet for groups, go down the stairs half a floor and to the right hall - breakfasts are normal here).
Wi-Fi is free, works throughout the hotel and in the rooms is normal.
Receptionists speak Italian and English (maybe some other, but I did not hear).
Compared to other 4 *, this hotel is very average, but given the price-quality ratio, it is quite normal.
