We really liked this hotel! Conveniently located - next to the Duoma square, with the Vittorio Emanuele gallery and close to all the famous boutiques. For breakfast there were 2 types of Parma ham, 2 types of cheese, freshly squeezed juices, Sanpelegrino mineral water, various yoghurts, you could order free scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. The pastries were delicious too. Large selection of teas and coffees. Of the fruits were pineapples, kiwi, melon, oranges. Everything is tasty and worthy. There were no Russian speakers at the reception, and at the breakfast restaurant there was a Russian-speaking waitress who helped us a lot - my husband had kidney problems, our medicines ran out and she wrote us a note in Italian for the pharmacy and we bought medicines. Everything in the room is also worthy - bathrobes, slippers, soap and shampoos - everything is very good and always replenished. I really liked the jacuzzi bath, after shopping it is very relaxing and relieves fatigue. Large and comfortable bed. For a week, no one bothered us, as they cleaned when we were not there. All in all we liked it and would love to go there again. Interior HI-TECH - but not annoying. A taxi from Malpensa airport to the hotel cost 100 euros. The price was the same from the hotel to the airport. To the left of the hotel across the house is a chic shopping complex - Rinashente - there are a lot of boutiques - Bvlgari, Gucci, Fendi. . . (don't forget to book Tax Free on the top floor of this complex - at the airport you will get about 10-12 percent of the money spent). Also, for those who go shopping in Milan, I recommend buying the book "Shopping. Milan. A guide to action". There are all shops and boutiques with descriptions and addresses. Everything goes quickly and conveniently with this book! I bought this book from Ozone:
