BB is an apartment for several rooms with a common corridor, it has a reception. First, for some reason, he settled us in Coliseo, and we booked another one - quiet. Ours was busy for some reason!! ! It's awful how noisy. And we have a 9 month old baby!! ! Two windows to the road. Carabinieri ride and honk every ten to fifteen minutes. Apparently in Rome, crimes are committed everywhere and they are in a hurry. Daughter falls asleep and screams in her sleep!! ! I really wanted to strangle them after a sleepless night. And those motorcyclists are noisy. I hate Rome!! ! I hate this BB!! ! And in the daytime there is a complete hell on the balcony not to go out so noisy!!!
On my demands and shaking in front of him with a reservation with the name of another room, he excused himself - he is busy !! ! In general, after lengthy negotiations and his refusals, he moved us two nights later to the one that we originally booked. He has one window and he is further along the corridor. It's not that noisy there.
It was not clear what was floating in the kettle and it smelled, they washed it and there....We gave it to the maid. AND EVERYTHING! No one has changed anything for us! So they drank coffee from a coffee maker!
