We stayed at this hotel from 21-29.01. 2012.
We chose a hotel on booking. com with a good rating and we still don’t understand how such a hotel could get an 8 rating. That's why we wrote a detailed review.
The hotel is really located 10 minutes walk from the Termini station - and this is its only plus.
The hotel occupies the 1st and 5th floors of a residential building. The door to the entrance is always open and homeless people from the station spend the night in it. The elevator is old and did not always work, so returning late in the evening, I had to disturb the homeless people who were located on the stairs. However, they behaved extremely quietly and did not evoke any feelings other than pity.
The room is microscopic with a very small bed, at first we mistook it for a single and asked to be changed, but we were told that this is a double room.

In the room killed plumbing, barely warm water. A very thin fleece blanket is not the first freshness, as well as a bedspread. The room was heated with a rattling air conditioner, which can be turned on or off only by calling the reception (it is either cold or stuffy to sleep because of this).
A strange old man often sat at the reception desk, who never (!! ) answered the greeting. Which in itself is strange, especially for Italy. Later it turned out that he is the owner of this institution.
But the most unpleasant thing was waiting for us at Check-out. Since we booked a room without a refund, the entire amount for the hotel was immediately debited from the card and reflected as a purchase. What was our surprise when this grandfather began to demand cash payment from us. To our objection, he shouted something in Italian for about 30 minutes and waved his arms (we only managed to understand the word “cash”). I had to call the bank to find out what was wrong. Our phone ran out of money. We asked to use the phone at the hotel for an additional fee, but we were refused. I had to lose another 40 minutes to put money on the phone.
As a result, we found out that there are no problems with our card and the hotel can withdraw money within two weeks at any time. Why they demanded cash, we did not understand.
In the end, we didn't have time for all these conversations and we decided that it would be cheaper to give him cash. It looks like that was the intention. True, a week later the amount was returned to the card.
