We are staying at the Martini *** hotel for the third time in a row. Initially, it was advised to us as an inexpensive and good hotel by our friends - employees of the Russian embassy in Italy. However, the impression of the hotel was very good, so now when visiting Rome we only stay there. We rested together with the groom. The first time from 2 to 17 October 2007, then from 11 January to 25 January 2008 and the last time from 7 to 19 January 2009.

The rooms are very quiet. There is air conditioning. Cleaning is done at a convenient time for guests. The staff is very friendly.

This hotel is ideal for those who want to experience the flavor of life in Rome. To begin with, you will take the same elevator to the hotel as the Romans who live in this house (the house is considered prestigious, however, like everything in the center). At breakfast you will look at a tiny church - very beautiful (you can see it from the windows of many rooms). The staff will never refuse. a cup of cappuccino. The owner of the hotel is Eleonora, who is Italian but speaks English. A very soulful person. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. She told me how to go to a designer outlet near Rome. She advised the best coffee shop in the city (there I first saw a line of Italians at the bar to drink a cup of coffee while standing). Always asked if everything was ok with us. In general, you can contact her for any question. The staff speaks English. Solves all problems very quickly. We lost channels on TV - they immediately set it up. They wanted to drink wine in the evening in the room with cheese - they brought everything you need (plates, cutlery, glasses, corkscrew). We asked once, and then they themselves brought us everything we needed without reminders. Last winter I caught a bad cold in Rome, so I was looked after by the whole hotel. In general, in my opinion this small family hotel is the best. I recommend to everyone.
