Stayed in this hotel with my husband. We were satisfied with the hotel in general. I would especially like to note the service - the response to all requests is instant - everything is solved immediately. We visited in January, so when choosing a hotel it was important for me that the room was warm and not damp, there were bathrobes and slippers. The hotel met our expectations - the room is very warm (we slept with the window open) and not damp. Sleep comfortably - quietly. Heated towel rail. There are slippers and bathrobes in the room. The hair dryer in the room is antediluvian, but such hair dryers are almost everywhere in Europe. The room is good.

Breakfast, in my opinion, is rather poor for a 4 * hotel (there was no red fish, only hot meat - only sausages and shank), but for a short stay it's normal. Assortment for breakfast during the week did not change. For lovers of champagne - served every day. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel.

From Fiumicino airport it is easy to get to the hotel by train - to Termini station without stops in 32 minutes (there is a toilet on the train) and 14 euros per person (not to be confused with the metro for 8 euros - it will stop at stops). Termini stop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Many sights can be reached on foot. Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine, Piazza Venezia - 15-20 minutes on foot, Church of Santa Maria Maggiore - 5 minutes on foot, Republic Square - 5 minutes on foot. The Termini metro stop is located in the same building as the Termini station, and the Republic metro stop is located on Republic Square (5 minutes walk) - all sights can be reached by metro.

There are many restaurants and cafes around. Prices for food are almost the same, but for wine there is a significant difference (somewhere around 15, and somewhere from 30 euros for a bottle of wine).
Of the favorites, I can recommend - Ristorante Terme di Diocleziano - everything is delicious and the prices are moderate, "homemade" Italian wine - 15 euros a bottle, delicious melon liqueur is poured on the staff (not Limoncello, as in most restaurants), the waiters joke and create a cheerful atmosphere, there is a menu in Russian.

Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 100 euros in cash (they wanted to block the card, but we insisted on cash). Upon check-out, you will be charged a tax of 6 euros per person for each night of your stay (the tax is charged in all hotels in Rome).

I definitely recommend the hotel.
