I went to Rimini. Tour "Light". In fact, what I saw in the hotel, I have never seen anything like it anywhere else.
The bar and cafe for Russians in the hotel did not work. The hotel is located next to the railway. The condition of the rooms is average - whoever is lucky. The rooms are small. The layout of the shower in some rooms is terrible - you go directly to the shower, and if you want to wash your hands and go to the toilet, you have to go wet. I had a room without a window (that is, it faced the wall). At the same time, the hotel was half empty, and then only 6 Russian people remained, including me. And immediately the attitude became much worse.
Initially, in my room in the shower there was a small pressure of water, it was impossible to wash at all. The administration did not respond to my requests. The guide from Tez Tour did not appear at the hotel. The number was changed only on February 2. Earlier, the hotel administration informed me that there were no rooms (the hotel was half empty). The rooms were cleaned badly, the floors were not washed at all.

Bed linen was not changed.
The new room did not change towels, there was no toilet paper and shower gel.
when the light burned out, it was done only a day later.
The most interesting, there were situations when I and other residents could not get into the hotel (initially it was stated that it was round-the-clock): after breakfast at 8 am, in the afternoon (at lunchtime), and most importantly - in the evening after 10 pm (23:45 ). The hotel was closing, there were no attendants at the reception. I turned to the main hotel to the employee, to which he replied that I could knock on the windows, maybe there was someone. But he can't help me and doesn't know the phones. It was late in the evening at 23 o'clock, that is, I had a chance to stay on the street to spend the night. I call our guide Natalya Zubtsova. She starts swearing at me that it’s not her problem, she sleeps at all, I wake her up, and she can’t help me, because there is a person in the hotel.
In the end, I was fortunate enough to get through.
The owner of the hotel - an Italian (does not understand English at all) - was very unhappy with my late arrival (there was no time even 24 hours). There was no one at the reception at 8 o'clock in the morning. That is, you could go out, but you can’t go in. And in principle, the hostess was at the reception, and then in the next room. That is, anyone could come in and take the keys to your room. And they definitely had to be handed over, otherwise again a fine of 300 euros.
Guide Tez Tour - Natalia told the rest of the tourists and then again spoke to me about this situation. She poked me and was rude.

The hotel also has a ban on food, drinks in the room. Security deposit 50 euros. The fine for eating in the room is 300 euros. Moreover, they attach a printout that supposedly this is the law of Italy. Although there is no such law.
And in neighboring hotels of the same category 3 * there were no such rules and problems.
