We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in August. It was paid a lot, at the same price it was possible to settle in a 4-star hotel Del Parco, which belongs to the 5-star Grand Hotel and, accordingly, use the infrastructure of the Grand Hotel.
The rooms are not bad, we had a view of the sea and the Grand Hotel. Cleaned, too, normally, daily. But what is strange is that we often found one hotel person in the rooms, who could not explain to us what she was doing in our rooms. You go into your room, and there she is... Moreover, when the housekeeping is in progress, the doors are always open, and this person is operating behind closed doors. Nothing seemed to be missing from the valuables - everything was kept in a safe. But relatives complained about the loss of medicines and cosmetics, she probably specializes in this.
As for food. We paid for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast is rather poor: cheap cheese, sausage, bacon, egg quiche, several types of bread, simple pastries, something else, but in general, nothing outstanding. To eat less, for example, they deliberately over-salted the same bacon. Accordingly, it was impossible to eat it. As a result, two birds with one stone were killed - and there is an assortment and no one eats. The tomatoes that were served for breakfast were unwashed. You can’t get coffee and tea anywhere yourself, you need to catch a waitress (who, I guess, is also a dishwasher and a dishwasher), who was often absent and order coffee or tea. Then she will bring, the truth will have to wait. At the same time, when you have breakfast, someone is constantly hanging around: either the hotel manager himself, or his wife, or their nephew. And they look with such a facial expression that speaks for itself, like don't eat so much.
As for dinner. There was a separate table of snacks, you come and take as much as you need. True, one of the above-described trinity always stands nearby and looks into your plate, which you will agree is unpleasant. Of the daily snacks, there were fried tomatoes, zucchini in breadcrumbs (fatty), then chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, herbs, carrots, a couple of mixed salads (I never took it because of the unsightly appearance), boiled mussels with wings. Then the day before, according to the menu, you order something from the first, second and dessert. All drinks: tea, juice, water, wine, etc. - for a hotel fee, respectively, at restaurant prices. In general, you can eat, but the way we were presented with the cuisine of this hotel (which is the best among all hotels) is not true. As part of the dish, the bias goes to a cheap ingredient, which accordingly worsens the taste of the dish. For example, spaghetti with crab (it says so on the menu) is actually a bunch of spaghetti with pieces of crab claws (empty), some other crab waste. In general, we remembered this "first-class" hotel cuisine for a long time (according to advertising booklets).
About the beach. The hotel, which is considered to be on the first line from the sea, is not located near the sea, you still need to walk to it, crossing the road along which cars, mopeds, buses constantly drive. And a bunch of rows of sun loungers with umbrellas, the farther the row from the sea, the cheaper they are. The hotel has its own beach, but anyone can relax on it, pay money for an umbrella and sun loungers and settle down. Yes, those who live in the hotel also pay, there is nothing free here. The people are just dark, in the sea, on the sunbeds.
Yes, the owner of the hotel offers all girls under 30 a free ride on the yacht of his friends. And without him, he is just like a supplier. At the same time, only girls, and their relatives - fathers, brothers, husbands, mothers - are not invited. So we can assume what kind of free cheese it is... The manager's uncle makes money on this, delivers the girls to the yacht for "free" skating, and then how they are "rolled out"... it all depends on them...
