I read reviews about the hotel and decided that it should be convenient for a family with a child: the beach is nearby, playgrounds, Internet for my husband, a bike for me with a child))), - it seems that all interests are met, but... Unfortunately, the hotel is very didn't like it.
When booking (2 months in advance! ) They indicated a late arrival. We arrived at 23.00, but there are no places, they will only be tomorrow . . They offered another hotel for the night (true 4 *), but how we will get to it is our problem! When they finally moved into Biancamano, it turned out that the room was tiny with a view of the "hozblok", the air conditioner was turned off from 07.00 to 15.00 (supposedly during the cleaning of the premises), there was no fruit in the halls at all, however, as well as playgrounds, and the Internet . There is no territory - everything is filled with cars, a tiny pool with 3 sun loungers - that's all! In a welcome letter from the hotel, we were promised, in addition to additional benefits from the booking intermediary company (HRB), additional hotel benefits - the replacement of half board with full board, discounted tickets to amusement parks, etc. , but when we asked to use these benefits at the hotel, We were politely explained that this is just an advertisement! In addition, it seemed to me that this hotel is more like a boarding house for not quite prosperous Italians (very elderly, people with disabilities, mostly on the head), etc. So I won’t even write about entertainment at the hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is its location: the beach is across the road, 5 minutes to the store. walk, bus stop, railway station, old town - everything is nearby!
For everyone who gathers in Rimini, I recommend visiting the amusement park "Italy in Miniature". Regardless of age, such beauty will not leave anyone indifferent! We traveled a lot in Italy, and this country won me over!! ! Just try to drive everywhere on your own! We decided to use the services of a Russian-speaking guide for a trip to Venice and San Marino (there are tourist information offices throughout Rimini offering any excursions in any language) - this is horror! It seemed to me that the goal of the guide was not to show us these truly charming places, but to seriously engage in our sports training. They were worn like "stung", and then I had to go again to calmly admire the beauties.

This is not the first time I organize our vacation in Italy myself (without any travel agencies), but I “got through” with the hotel for the first time! If someone needs help, I can share my experience : )
