My husband and I stayed at this hotel in July 2012. We went through the Neva travel agency. Having read nightmarish reviews about a spoiled vacation (already after I booked a ticket), I waited with horror for various nasty things. Luckily, NOT A SINGLE bad review came true. Therefore, I am writing now myself to refute this. Felsinea is a budget three-ruble note, and it fully corresponds to this. The room is small but not tiny. The furniture is absolutely normal, albeit without frills. We had a balcony with a view of the sea. It was clean, cleaning was every day, there were no cockroaches or ants, as they wrote in negative reviews. There was no shortage of hot water either. Next is the bathroom. My main fears were connected with him, because I like to wash often and for a long time. The shower, indeed, is a "hole in the floor", but at the same time it can be used quite normally. If you have the good sense not to water the exact opposite wall, then there should be no problem. I even dyed my hair there (long), and everything was fine. Breakfast is really quite poor, it was enough for me for 3 hours. But this is the problem of the vast majority of three-ruble bills on the Adriatic. The dishes, by the way, were clean, there was no hair in the food. Dinner was not bad, but, of course, I would recommend taking it without dinner - there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around. The location is very good in my opinion. 2nd line, but the beach is about 3 minutes to go. There was a grocery store in the next house. There was also a bus stop nearby, from where you could go to the station or to the city center. The staff is quite friendly, two young people at the reception speak Russian. Total: hotel at cost. What we expected is what we got. We spent the night there, washed and sat out in the heat. At the same time, we have the most wonderful impressions of the rest. If you want to spend most of your vacation in a hotel, enjoy a room with designer furniture and eat delicacies for breakfast, it makes sense to look for a hotel of a different class. As for the people who paid for a budget three-ruble note and at the same time count on a five-star service, I can only feel sorry for them. Apparently, their life is full of bitter disappointments. . .
