Rested in July 2011 Read reviews about hotels in Rimini, were ready for anything. But Genty did not disappoint. I liked the location of the hotel, next to the bus stop; close to the sea, although it is believed that the second line. Yes, the room is small, like everywhere else, the bathroom and shower at first seem very narrow, but you quickly get used to the dimensions. The room has a safe, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. If you need a hair dryer, it is better to take your own, in the hotel it is the same as everywhere else: it looks like a vacuum cleaner nailed to the wall, but it blows very weakly. Of the minuses - in the morning on the second day they found water on the floor near the bidet, but they explained the problem to the maid, everything was fixed, nothing else was leaking from anywhere. We took only breakfast, for Italy it is quite worthy. Yes, the assortment of sausages and cheeses did not impress with a particular variety, but everything was fresh, if something ran out, they quickly brought a new portion, there was enough for everyone. Lots of pastries. A couple of types of omelets, eggs, milk, yogurt. Hot sausages, fried potatoes (I think, especially for Russians, of whom the majority are in the hotel). Several types of coffee. The only negative is the absolute lack of fruit for breakfast. (Fruits are all inexpensive, bought in the supermarket "Billa" and ate too much. ) We didn't take dinner on purpose, we went to restaurants (I liked Carlos the most). Compatriots who had dinner at the hotel said that the food is excellent, you order a day from the menu. We took many excursions, we had to leave at 5-6 in the morning, in the evening they warned the reception about an early departure, in the morning they opened a breakfast room for us, where we could eat calmly and fully (I heard Russian stories that in their hotels early in the morning they either put out cups of coffee at the reception, or they gave dry rations - crackers and yesterday's buns), and also take the same crackers with you to chew on the road. There is no pool, but why is it when the sea is 50 meters from the hotel?... (We have never seen in 10 days that in hotels where pools are available, someone was swimming or sunbathing, to be honest. ) We did not use the gym, jacuzzi and billiards. In the evenings, in front of the entrance on the territory of the hotel, fabric tents were covered, where it is very cozy to sit on the sofas, drink something for the coming night, if you don’t want to go anywhere. I read in the reviews before the trip that a lot of Russian "merchants" stop at Genty. Since we were in the season of discounts, indeed, a couple of times we observed companies of "aunts with plaid trunks" in the lobby, as well as boxes of goods, put out in the evening in the corridor as garbage, which, apparently, no longer fit in the room. Bottom line: I liked the hotel in terms of price and quality, I recommend it.
