We bought an all-in, a room with a sea view, air conditioning and more and did not regret anything!
Hotel.
Located on the first line of the sea. There are bus stops nearby, there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc. Own beach, quite large. Free: chairs and umbrella. For a fee - sunbeds with an umbrella by the water. 15 euros per sunbed per week, reasonable price for comfort. Uncle on the beach is NORMAL if you don't disturb the order! It is in the order of things to approach him first with a bon from the hotel (you get it at the reception) and you will be escorted to your place. No getting up at 6 am to take a chair/bed! Your place is yours, no matter what time you get there! We traveled all over the world to different hotels and this was especially appreciated by us, believe me!
Water bikes along the entire beach. We rode for 4-5 euros per hour. I will write about the sea below...
The room was not super big, but when buying the tour it was already known (how many meters etc. ). What to do in the room? Only to sleep in fact... why mansions? In addition, for +500 euros we were offered a surname-number, but we refused... So - and expanding the room's footage is also possible!
The room was cleaned EVERY DAY! TOWELS AND PASTEL LINEN WERE CHANGED EVERY DAY! On the first day, I didn’t like how the bathroom was cleaned - I called and 2 lovely Italians immediately came and cleaned it again. Every day in the bathroom lay new soap and shampoo (from the hotel).
Shower. It was also known in advance: in Italy it is normal - a shower in the middle of the bathroom! It's different than ours, but THERE IT'S NORMAL!!! ! Just like a bidet next to the toilet. . .
I don’t know: who washed how it flooded... We also had a cool shower (it flowed normally from it), but the water immediately went down...
Restaurant. At ol-in we got our table. Great food!!! ! Every day a menu is offered for the next day: soups, meat and fish, etc. etc. Naturally, if you are going to go to Italy, you should not be surprised if they offer pasta-spaghetti-lasagna and so on to your table. Everything is delicious! Diverse and wonderful! The bar worked great. The bartender speaks several languages, great English! I am generally surprised by the comments: "They don't speak Russian at all! ". . Gentlemen, where did you go? To the village to the grandmother? Languages must be learned!
Yes, Italians speak only Italian, it’s also not difficult to learn a couple of sentences in advance + buy a phrasebook and communicate with it...
Animation in the hotel in Italian. This does not prevent children from having fun... for them, the language barrier is not a hindrance. Generally interesting to see.
Sea!! ! The water is warm and pleasant. Do you want to be colder and ride the waves? Swim for the breakwaters! The bottom is pleasant - sandy. Gradual entry into the depth - ideal for children! The fish are swimming. The water is clean, no jellyfish have been seen in 2 weeks. At night - the ebb of the sea, during the day - the tide. During low tide, you can not only capture the worms at the bottom in the photo, but also collect beautiful shells, which people do. I didn't want to get out of the water!
We were in Venice (beauty! ) - we bought a bus trip right there at the hotel on the street on the left (travel office), for three we paid 114 euros. The bus is air conditioned and comfortable. In VENICE, they were on their own, did what they wanted and looked at everything.
San Marino! The city is a fairy tale! Pts. I advise you to visit.
We were by car, so we traveled all over the area, visiting many ancient castles and beautiful places.
Yes, by the way, the hotel has its own parking - FREE!
The roads in Italy are decent, one problem: traffic jams. . . traffic jams! : -))))
OVERALL IMPRESSION: GOOD! Hotel - recommend! Especially for families with children. The price corresponds to the quality, the quality is good!

" We chose the resort on the recommendation of a travel agency employee. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and photos on the Internet. Let's go from Natalie Tours.
So, when everything was decided, paid for and the day of departure came, we arrived at the airport. The plane took off exactly on schedule. Arrived safely. On the spot, we were met at the counter by the polite staff of Natalie Tours. We quickly collected a bus and went to take us to hotels (ours, as always, turned out to be the last one). On the way, employee Natalie Tours, a polite young guy, told everyone about many useful things (which buses run where, how to find the right stop, etc. ). In addition, he said what time he would meet us in the hotel lobby tomorrow.
The hotel is located at 22 stop 11 bus.
We quickly checked into the hotel, despite the language barrier.
IMPORTANT: in Italy, the majority of the population does not speak English or speaks very poorly.
Among the administrators of Helvetia Parco there are English-speaking, the hotel has Russian-speaking cleaners.
Now about the number. We were given the last room on the 4th floor.
Imagine a tiny room with holes in all four walls:
- Entrance door,
- balcony door (large balcony with plastic table and chairs),
- a door to the bathroom/toilet,
- the locked door to the next room!!!
The audibility is amazing (!!!!! ), I didn’t think that it would annoy me, but it made me very nervous and ruined both of our holidays:
- through the front door we heard everyone who came and went,
- through the balcony, as on the first floor, they wash the dishes (after breakfast, lunch and dinner),
- and through the door to the next room, the crying of Italian children, the snoring of their dad and the constant chirping of their mother,
- sometimes the sound of the laundry was still heard (it feels like someone is drilling).
The bathroom is small but not exactly tiny. Cracked plaster walls, sink, toilet, shower and a hole in the floor to drain the water.
It was terrible. Once, after the beach, I rinsed in the shower, then my husband went, I went out to the balcony to hang things, and when I returned... there was a sea in the room. I had to urgently wipe everything so as not to flood the neighbors from below. In the future, we saved water so that the flood would not happen again.
The room was cleaned every day, but this way: either the ashtray is shaken out, or the floor is washed, or the towels are changed.
Towels are clean and bed linen too.
The room has air conditioning, a remote control at the reception for a fee, a safe, a key at the reception and a TV, it worked (Italian and German channels).
We took the tour with breakfast. This is also very inconvenient. The fact is that for those who take breakfast + dinner or "all inclusive", there are permanent tables, and we had to approach the waiters every morning and ask (in English): "Where can we sit down today? "
Breakfast is poor: cereal, cheese, sausage, milk, yogurt, puffs, sweet water (muck), coffee or tea. There is not even juice and fruit! It's in Italy in the summer!?
By the way, the keys hang at the reception in "open access", who needs it, he takes it, the administrator is often not there.
On the day of arrival, we simply reconnoitered the situation, and the next day we went on foot to Italy in Miniature. It was great, we loved it, the kids will love it even more.
In the evening we met with an employee of NataliTours. He arrived on time and answered all of our questions.
In Italy, by the way, everyone moves on mopeds or bicycles. There were several free bicycles near the hotel (we did not use them).
Now about Helvetia beach. If you don't want to spoil your mood, don't go there. In some review, they already wrote that one of the employees hit a girl who did not know that sunbeds were paid.
We did it differently. We paid a guy for sunbeds and another beach worker showed us our spot. We spread out, settled down, then this Italian runs up and starts gesturing to yell at us in Italian. I answer him in English, I don't understand you. HE MAKES ME and mumbles something in English about having to pay and invites us to go back to the reception. We tell him that we have just paid. Useless. We gathered, we follow him and say (speaking in English) that we paid, but he still yells evil like this: "You have to pay at the reception! I don't know who you paid! " The husband says: "Yes, I just paid you (there is an untranslatable play on Russian words). " Everything was cleared up at the reception (they themselves showed us the wrong sun loungers). Nobody even apologized! Caught up and forgotten. We didn’t go to this beach anymore, we went to the neighboring ones, numbers, in my opinion, 48 and 49. One of them is called Massimo, and on 49 all vacationers were treated to a watermelon. A trifle, but nice!
And after bus stop 32, bus 11, there are free beaches.
The sea in Rimini is VERY BAD: shallow, without waves, some kind of living creatures at the bottom. You have to walk 100 meters so that it is at least up to the neck. Most vacationers are pensioners, disabled people and families with children. At the bottom there are all kinds of living creatures: egg-shaped jellyfish, crabs and worms-eaters. I walked through the water very slowly and was very afraid to step on them. The sea is as greenish brown as a puddle. There are no water motorcycles at all - this upset us very much. So we spent little time at sea, mostly walking, taking pictures and "shopping".
By the way, a very good shopping center - Romagna Centro, like our Mega. Located at one of the final stops of bus 11. More precisely, find out the way on the spot.
We also went to Cattolica to the aquarium. We liked. We went by train from the station (bus 4 stop 11). The main thing after you buy a ticket, do not forget to validate it on the platform.
We also went to San Marino. It's really great there! Very nice.
Bus tickets are sold in Tabakeriya, then they need to be stamped on the bus itself. They are valid for 1.5 hours.
Stores in Italy operate on an incomprehensible schedule. We went three times at different times on different days to the center and each time 80% of them were closed.
Food in Italy is quite expensive, but wine is cheap. The restaurants do not speak Russian and very little English (we speak it normally), so we went hungry almost all the time. They ate what they bought in the supermarket, which is located at bus stop 18, bus stop 11, on the square. By the way, we ate a lot of pizza there in restaurants and realized that pizza in one well-known chain of Moscow restaurants is much tastier! Pasta is different, some are delicious, but some are not so good. They also do not have soups in restaurants (at all). That's what tastes good in Italy, so it's ice cream. We met one Ukrainian woman, as she put it very precisely: "They eat only dough. At one time I was also starving, then I got used to it. "
When we were already driving back, my husband grumbled: “Go, you will like it! Whoever likes it, let him go! I won’t come here again in my life! ”
The plane flight back is also a song.
The plane was quite small (three seats on each side, about 25 rows). There were even empty seats. We sat down, so. I, just in case, took a pill for motion sickness. Successfully took off and I fell asleep from the pill. Fly approximately 3.5 hours. My husband woke me up for lunch. We ate, I went towards the toilet, where several people were already standing. Suddenly an announcement: "Ladies and gentlemen, we are entering the turbulence zone, fasten your seat belts. " Before I had time to take a few steps to my seat, the plane began to shake in a childish way. I somehow got to the chair and buckled up. The shaking went on for quite some time. Then, finally, everything calmed down and we were allowed to walk down the aisle. I fell asleep again, woke up from the fact that my husband fastened my belt. The pilot announced that we were going to land in Moscow. The next forty minutes were a nightmare. The plane began to shake terribly! Children and many women squealed in fear, Stuart handed out bags for those who were ill. One woman began to loudly ask for a sedative. Outside the window was a continuous fog, it was not visible land. I already mentally said goodbye to my family and sat silently praying. In front of us sat a girl of about ten with her mother. The girl asked: "How can we land if we can't see the ground? ", to which her mother replied: "It all depends on the skill of the pilot. " After that, I completely panicked, but I panic silently (to myself, so to speak), while most panicked quite loudly. The plane was shaking all this time with short breaks. I mentally remembered where the emergency exits were and how to group, but I knew perfectly well that this was unlikely to help. Then we finally landed on the ground! I already had tears in my eyes. Everyone applauded the pilot twice and very sincerely. The husband then smoked in a taxi for a long time and vzatyag.
This is such a vacation! They seemed to be resting, but they weren't. To Italy, if we go, then only for a tour and not for long, the sea is terrible.
