We were evicted from a warm room on the third day under the pretext of general cleaning. The maids were excellent. They will offer you a lot of things (coffee, food), without indicating what kind of extra money it is, and on the last day they will be stunned by the bill, which will include both the actual and plus a lot of extra. We were included in the bill for a bunch of cups of coffee twice as expensive as usual everywhere, even for those days when we were absent from the city twice for two days. Then the hostess tried to explain that they had everything recorded on cameras, but when they saw the tickets bought in another city at 4 am and 10 pm, they were a little confused, but. . . without hesitation, they said that they just mistakenly transferred from another day. But what about the cameras? ; _) In short, they will breed you to the fullest - ask everyone how much it costs and once every three days ask how much the debt is behind your number, I would even advise you to confirm in writing the absence of debt, otherwise they will "remember" the cameras later ; -) If you were answered Italian or you do not understand - it is better to ask again several times. Breakfast includes only what is on the "buffet" table. Everything you order from the waiter is paid! If you were told "prego" - then you already owe it. You can have a rest, but the service is unpleasant - you are "pushed" what you consider to be included in the price of the room. Only the hostess and a guy of 35-40 years old with bristles speak English. The night watchman at the reception - a man of 50-60 years old knows only "Good morning" and "Good night" in Russian, understands English. The fact that the hotel somehow received 4 * means only increased markups for the service. Described "Solarium" on the roof for sunbathing - closed and littered with trash.
