We were in this hotel from 7 to 15 September. Considered the end of the season.
At first we had to go to Audi, then the tour operator changed hotels himself, in the end almost canceling our order. Finally got to Kursaal.
The booklets say that it is 4 *, but on the hotel itself 3+.

We did not spend much time at the hotel, we can say that we only came to sleep and eat. The breakfast was good (croissants, cheese, rolls, ham, etc. , but if you get up late, you may not get ham and cheese), but dinners... Dinner dishes are ordered in advance in the morning or at the previous dinner. We honestly tried to eat what we ordered, but for the first couple of days it was simply impossible, so we ate vegetables from the salad bar. Then they began to serve dishes more or less edible. First, soup or pasta. On the second - a hot meat dish. But in fact, they can easily serve cold ham, poured with hot sauce. For dessert, either fruit, or sorbet (fruit ice cream), or teramisu are served. The fruits were not always ripe, but that's okay... The waiter alone spoke broken Russian, but you can understand him, and he will understand you. Drinks are all paid for dinner, even water will not be delivered to you if you do not pay. Good wine is served at dinner.
There were problems with plumbing in the room, but they were sorted out by the manager himself (by the way, a very cheerful man).
There is no own beach, but if you order a beach at the reception and pay there, it will come out cheaper.
Room service more or less, no complaints.
The rooms are not big, but quite comfortable. But some of the lights in our room didn't work.
At the reception there is a girl who speaks Russian, the rest all speak English.
In principle, the hotel is not bad, but not 4 *. Note.
