we rested at the La Gradiska hotel in July 2011, the hotel does not pull on 4 stars, the rooms are very small, we rested in three, in a double room, we asked to change the room even for extra. fee, but no one responded to our request, although at the time of our arrival the rooms were free, all two weeks we walked sideways in the room, it was very crowded, the toilet was right in the room, the door opposite the bed is some kind of horror, or is it the greed of European owners, it doesn’t matter if it’s convenient to the client, or not, or it is an illiterate designer, but some kind of cut-off from the toilet should be.

And in order to eat, you had to come exactly on time, if you come an hour later, the whole buffet is empty, I have not seen anything like this anywhere, so that there are empty plates, the buffet is served only once, I will give an example of one of the dinners, dinner includes ourselves a buffet and an order to choose from the menu, we ordered spaghetti with seafood, the waiter answered us that they were over, but after we had dinner we left the table, at the next table, our waiters sat and ate these spaghetti which we were told no, it’s a mess, I’ve never seen anything like it, to lie so brazenly, and to sit and eat with a client, it’s not decent. The menu to order was very tasty, thank you very much to the chef, but you need to work with the waiters in terms of service, you need to be attentive to all customers.
