Traveled with a friend in July 2009.
I absolutely did not like the hotel, because in no way pulls on 4 stars and is NOT WORTH the money that we paid.

Among the advantages I can note:
- the territory of the hotel is really present in comparison with the rest, not well-groomed and not large. But at least there is, almost everyone does not have it at all;
- a large swimming pool located not on the road. At most hotels, it is almost on the road and people passing by can admire your bodies on sun loungers;
- a quiet location, there are no crowds of tourists constantly screaming and walking around the clock))
- a convenient beach across the road where you can sunbathe without a sun lounger on a towel;
- the difference is only 50 euros per person when ordering dinner for two weeks, given that the dinner not included costs 20 euros per person in the hotel restaurant;
- you can choose daily (if paid) either dinner or lunch;
- car parking on site (if you rent);

- nearby shop and tent;
- 24-hour cafe with cakes and alcohol;
- Bicycles for free rent on the security of a passport;
- the hotel arranges dance evenings, mainly for people over 50 years old with songs and dances;
- the hotel bar is open around the clock;
- sell tickets for buses at the reception;
- stops in both directions right at the entrance to the hotel;
- good beach night bars that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes;
- the hotel is a five-minute drive from the airport;

Next, I will write about the cons, there are many more:
- the facade of the hotel is terribly shabby as well as the territory;
- there is absolutely nothing on the territory, no lawn, no flowers, nothing.
- inside, too, everything is in a deplorable state, there is no smell of European-quality repairs for about 20 years;
- a room in dull green tones, shabby furniture, lack of carpets;
- Antediluvian small tube TV;
- a room for two 3 meters by 6 (measured on purpose);
- there are no balconies;
- a bathtub with a toilet combined, besides, almost everything flows (we have a faucet and trouble);
- completely (! ) There is no overhead light in the room, it simply does not exist. Two nightlights and a lamp;
- a hair dryer built into the wall and absolutely not powerful, besides falling apart, it’s good at least going back;
- magnetic keys both from the safe and the door to the room are constantly discharged. Going to reception two or three times a day after poking at the door is completely normal. Or you just won't get into your room. You should take care of the money in advance from the safe, as the employee leaves the hotel at 6-7 pm and you just won’t get it until the next morning, because the keys are really constantly discharged.
- for breakfast, lunch, dinner, it is better to come in the first 30 minutes, you run the risk of remaining hungry. And no one cares that before the end of dinner, for example, another hour, they will not feed you;
- sometimes torn towels;

- the maid stole glasses, a T-shirt and cigarettes from roommates. The hotel administration did nothing, did not even remove her from their room, advising her to contact the police first;
- the wardrobe is uncomfortable, there are no shelves;
- nowhere to dry things and towels;
- the air conditioner is almost not working and also very old;
- a lot of unnecessary furniture in the room, it is impossible to move around. little space, see above.
- drinks, dinners / breakfasts, an incomprehensible number of minutes spoken on the phone are added to the bill by accident (!!! ) as a result;
- Bicycles are not available for rent in the evening;
- the staff speaks very little English;
- on excursions they wake up only once (do not rely on the staff);
- billiards, etc. paid;
- Ceilings flow in the corridors;
- everything is very audible between rooms;
- there are almost no cameras around the hotel;
- the staff is always dissatisfied with everything (not counting the first days);
- the restaurant is indoors;
- in the restaurant you have to wait a very long time for the waiter to order hot;
- water and wine are PAID in the hotel restaurant, please note that they are not included in the meal (! ), there is also no tea, coffee (only in the morning)
- there is no soup, there is "maggi" broth with small pasta;
- monotonous food;
Most likely I forgot something, there are really a lot of them.
Outcome:
In my opinion, many 2-rooms looked at least better than our hotel.
Over time, I got used to it, but I remained terribly dissatisfied, like a friend.
