I go on vacation a lot, but I have never seen such a terrible hotel in any country in the world. Everything is bad: the service, the rooms, the view from the window, the kitchen, and.... But everything is in order. Arriving at the hotel, we were immediately told at the reception - only Italian, we do not know English, not to mention Russian. Okay, with sin in half, we explained ourselves, we arrived at 10.00, they explained to us - take a walk, at 12.00 you will be settled. Neither by 12, nor by 13, nor by 15 we were settled - the rooms were not ready. As a result, we received the room only at 16.00. Okay, finally we are in the room! The room was booked double - we go in - there are three beds. We ask why? There are no other rooms, live like this! Okay, the heat outside is + 35, the air conditioner does not work, although it was declared at the hotel as included in the price! I don’t go to the reception, they say air conditioning - the finish line, that’s the finish line and that’s it! . September 19, the heat in rimini, and the air conditioner is the finish line! Then they explained to us - the switch that is on the air conditioner in the hotel - was turned off for debts! And no one cares that we paid for the air conditioner! Finish and all. Housekeeping - at 13.00 - lunch itself - if you are in the room and refuse to be cleaned - no more will come, only tomorrow. The towels are torn, the linen is gray, the food - yes, there is practically nothing - there is no bread, a week-old bun and cheese with jam, that's the whole breakfast. Treshka you say. But we went to Rimini for a week all over Italy. We lived in a three-ruble note and in Florence, and in Venice, and in Rome - heaven and earth! The hotel is like a family hotel, run by a husband and wife, anyone can come into the hotel - the husband is at the reception in the evening every day - drunk, in the insole! And this line - the second - to the sea, although nearby, but through two roads and a view of the opposite hotel, and not at all on the sea. As they write on the Internet.
