The remaining 10 people left us alone with ourselves and our thoughts. After 2 hours, we still got through to the operators, and not even to our own, but found along the chain the main one in this series of resellers, it turned out to be allitalia,
Two girls arrived to us, one was engaged in our resettlement and the other was engaged in the eviction of two unfortunates who confirmed the reservation (as we managed to hear the owner, who had arrived at the hotel by that time, had sold their places to someone else and didn’t know what to do, and he looked so calm and relaxed) 4 hours after arriving at the hotel, we found places in the naica hotel. At the moment when we left the hotel, two unfortunates from our group who confirmed the reservation were already arguing with the representative of the tour operator due to the fact that, in the absence of rooms, they were actually settled in a closet in which there were 2 beds and there were no windows and the door went into the lobby between the reception and toilet. In the end, we did not regret that we were not taken to the mirador. We lived in a normal 3 star hotel. As for the servants in the Mirador at the reception and the servants at the owner, two Ukrainians are not young in the wings. In our group there was a girl who understands Italian and she heard an excerpt from the conversation between the owner and the hard worker. I will convey only the meaning of the conversation: what to feed today for lunch, ? I don't know, go to the market and get sausages and buns.
