The food at the hotel is monotonous, always pasta. The early buffet only has pastries and cookies from the nearest market in scanty quantities, while the owners make sure that guests do not eat too much. Drinks, even water, are not included in meals, and are sold several times more expensive than in stores. If you come with your own water, the water glasses are immediately taken from the table. The hotel cleaner, according to other visitors, allows herself to rummage through guests' belongings while cleaning the rooms. The rooms are very old, there are no air conditioners in the rooms, there are only ceiling fans, which have no effect at all in the summer heat, and therefore staying in the rooms is unbearable. In the rooms for parents with children, there are old bunk beds, which have a very shaky and unreliable structure. Also, the hotel owners make comments at every opportunity about anything they did not like, as if they were in a children's camp. When returning late from an excursion that had been previously announced, not only did they not leave the guests dinner that they had promised to leave, but they also shouted at them for coming back so late. Thanks to this, the hotel and its owners ruined their vacation in Italy, which was not a small expense, as well as their overall impression of the country.
