We rested with my wife in August 2013, upon arrival (about 10 am) at the hotel we were settled almost immediately. There are 2 girls at the reception - Alisa or Anna, both from Ukraine, they speak Russian well, if necessary, they will tell you where you can buy the right thing. Before checking in, we went to look at the room, she arranged for us. The room was simple, no frills. Double bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, 2 chairs, wardrobe, mirror, TV, and air conditioning with remote control. The room also had a small balcony where you could dry your clothes or sit in the evening with a bottle of wine. We were given a remote control for the air conditioner on a deposit of 10 euros, the TV shows 3-4 local TV channels, mostly news and films. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi, the password to the network was issued by the administrator at the reception. Since our room was on the 2nd floor, the signal was good in the room, sometimes we watched movies online in the evenings. Towels were changed every day and washed in the room. Bed linen was changed every two days and soap and toilet paper were provided. They cleaned well, before entering they knocked on the door warningly. In front of the entrance to the hotel there is a cozy terrace with sofas, where in the evening you can sit down to drink coffee or wine. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet with bidet (which we didn't use  ). There is a hole in the middle of the floor to drain the water. Our package included breakfast and dinner. Breakfasts were held in the hotel's dining room, with a choice of croissants, buns, cheese and ham, cereal with milk and a lot of jams for a snack. From drinking there were 2 types of juice and 8 types of coffee from the coffee machine. What surprised me was that ordinary Italian families went to the dining room together with the hotel guests for breakfast, apparently by agreement with the owner. But it was rather a plus, since we learned a lot about the ordinary life of Italians. We had dinner at the Mr. Grillo restaurant, located 10 meters from the hotel. The choice brings a mini-menu for the first, second, dessert, large portions for an adult, you can eat to satiety. Each can be chosen from 2 dishes, or you can order pizza instead. The food is delicious, for the 14 days that we lived, the menu was repeated only 1 time. Some waiters speak Russian. I especially liked the young cheerful waiter Gianmario, he cheered me up every evening! ))) All drinks are paid, you can order water or wine from the wine list. For lunch, we went to restaurants near the hotel or bought food at the nearby Konad supermarket. Almost everywhere you can pay by card. The hotel stands on 2 lines, 100 meters from the beach. 78 beach was attached to our hotel, but we paid sunbeds - 15 euros per day per person or 30 for 3 days. Having walked along the beach, we saw that there is a free beach after 100-200 meters and in the future we went only there. The beach is sandy with fine sand. During the period when we were resting on the sea there were decent waves, the water was cloudy because of this. The hotel itself is located about 2 kilometers from the center. Near the hotel there is 19 stop, from which you can go to the center. We went from the Teztour company, the guide Andrey the next day from arrival handed out brochures with excursions to everyone. Excursions are not cheap, Rome 2 days - 200 euros, Florence - 80, San Marino - 40. There is little free time on excursions, everyone is running everywhere. I liked it more when I went on my own, it is much cheaper, you can always stay in a place you like, you just need to have an Italian phrase book with you + know a couple of common phrases in Italian. In general, I liked the hotel, it fully meets our expectations for 3 *. Before the trip, we watched forums, read reviews and, in principle, were ready for the fact that they would not run after you here, as in Turkey or Egypt. Reading the reviews, we noted the peculiarity that most of the negative reviews are left by those who traveled in the winter. This is not surprising, given that there is no heating in Italian hotels and they are heated mainly from heaters.
