We stayed 14 nights in this hotel!! ! We are very satisfied with both the cleanliness and the attentive attitude of the staff at the reception!! ! There is Wi-Fi, all rooms have a TV, refrigerators, electric kettles and, if there is no kitchen, there is a microwave! And if the room has a kitchen, then there is also an electric stove and a sink!! ! I had a balcony with a table and chairs on the 3rd floor and there was also a separate exit to the terrace! All the windows of the rooms do not face the sunny side, which is a plus in the +40 degree heat (the sun appeared after 4:00 PM), but there are also curtains from the sun, the AIR CONDITIONER WORKED WELL AND IS FREE (INCLUDING THE COST OF ACCOMMODATION), THE BATHROOM IS BRAND NEW, THERE IS A BIDET, THERE IS NO MOLD OR ANY BROKEN DOORS ANYWHERE - EVERYTHING IS NEAT AND COMFORTABLE!! ! There were two safes in the closet, but I didn't use them! If there were any questions, Nina at the reception quickly responded to everything, they speak English, Italian, Russian and a little Ukrainian!! ! Mostly Ukrainians came with me, and also with children!! ! The room had several towels, clean white bedding, toilet paper, soap, several sachets of shampoo! There is no cleaning service, you clean up after yourself, they sort all the garbage there into separate bins! The room has a broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket.
There is a place to buy fruits and vegetables nearby and you can cook or store food in the fridge yourself - no need to depend on anyone! Good transport links - 5 minutes away is the Metro-Mare stop (that's what they call a high-speed trolleybus), which runs separately from all other public transport, you pay inside with a bank card, the fare costs a little more than 1 euro one way, but in 10 minutes without traffic jams you are already in the center of Rimini near the station!! ! There is also bus 11, which goes to the center, you also pay for the ticket, but its route is longer and it can take longer to get to the center, because it can get stuck in a traffic jam! There is a grocery market in the center of Rimini, especially on weekends! I bought vegetables and products there - cheaper, and then in 10 minutes on the Metro-Mare I returned back to the Hotel Apart Rimini!!! ! Very convenient!!! !
I was worried that I would hear the airport or the railway, but no - the room has good soundproofing - you can't hear anything!! !

And their trains, although they are high-speed, are not that loud!!!
The sea is nearby, shallow - good for children, but you can also find the depth up to your neck and dive! But most of the beaches are paid - for a sunbed with an umbrella from 8-10 euros per day. Therefore, I advise you to walk 10 minutes to beach number 125 (all beaches are numbered there) and after it there will be 2 free (municipal) beaches! There are not many people there - there is enough space for everyone! That is, between beaches 125 and 126 there are 2 municipal beaches - free!! ! But watch your things, both on the beach and in transport - there are cases of theft! Do not carry all your documents or valuables every day in a bag or to the beach!! ! If you are really worried, there are safes in the hotel rooms!
The minus is that there is no elevator, but the hotel is 3-story and they can help you at the reception to carry your suitcases!!! ! In general, everything in Rimini is low-rise - I've seen hotels with a maximum of 6 floors, and more often 3-4 floors. I was on the 3rd floor, it seemed to me that my room was getting hotter from the heat, like the last floor under the roof, than on the 2nd floor, but the air conditioning quickly corrected this situation!!!!
I am very satisfied with this hotel, in general, in terms of cleanliness, interior and household appliances, it is close to 3 stars, but they won't feed you here! But they will offer you several restaurants nearby, where they give a 10% discount if you are from the Apart Hotel Rimini!! !
