This hotel is not worth even 2 *, for some reason, the most terrible attitude towards Russians is manifested in everything, they don’t notice us, they don’t want to help, they give the worst rooms that Europeans don’t take, even when you are going on an excursion early in the morning they don’t give breakfast, although ours representatives called them and they (reception) assured that they would fix everything, but this went on throughout the rest, only promises, and when we nevertheless decided to approach them after the tour, we pretended that they did not understand what it was about and we had to call our representatives (travel companies) again, then they took out miserable bags (collected in haste) and gave them to us as handouts. And this is called service, everything you need to ask, no care for tourists (Russian) ? ! - the rooms are terrible, small, the TV is for the view, the air conditioner did not work, there is a fan, there are few sockets (either a fan or a TV), only table lamps, a toilet with a shower, but you don’t even turn around there, I didn’t want to return to the room - the kitchen is monotonous, sandwiches, dry breakfast. I put the Tiberius Hotel a big minus, the max they claim for 2 * and I wouldn’t go there anymore, but for those who are thinking and tour operators - Cross him off the list and don't ruin your reputation!
