We were in Italy for two weeks. The first week with a sightseeing tour, the second on a beach holiday in Due Mari. So there is an opportunity to compare this hotel with transit hotels during a sightseeing trip. I must say that the overall impression of the hotel is very good. We had a triple room on the 5th floor 402. We were warned that if there are any breakdowns in the room, then at the time of check-in you need to warn the reception so that you would not be forced to pay for them later. We did not immediately notice that the clothes dryer was broken on the balcony (not quite, the clothes could be dried) and there was a small dent in the front door. The reception did not say this, but when leaving the hotel, no one showed us anything to the bill. The room itself was good, the renovation was done, the furniture was normal, the bathroom was large - a washbasin, a shower, a toilet, a bidet. Linen and towels were changed daily. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, safe in the room, wi-fi - everything is free. We met people on the beach who were with us on a sightseeing tour. They were in other hotels on a beach holiday. So some of them in hotels had paid air conditioners, and even refrigerators. Moreover, the refrigerators were not in the room, but in the corridor. And some of the bathrooms were so small that instead of a shower, there was just a shower in the middle, curtained, and when you turn it on, water poured all over. We were also lucky with the location of the hotel. When we bought a ticket, the agency told us that the hotel has its own beach with free umbrellas and sun loungers (this is a word about comments). It turned out that all the beaches in Rimini are municipal. Hotels do not have their own beaches. And the cost of two sun loungers with an umbrella per day, depending on the proximity to the sea, is from 12 to 18 euros. Moreover, on these paid beaches, you don’t even have the right to lie on the sand with your towel. There are 150 such beaches in total, and between them there are free sections in the area of .0, 100 and 150 beaches. And the Due Mari Hotel is located just opposite the 149th. This way we didn't have to pay for the municipal beach or stomp in the heat to get to the free one. We bought an umbrella for 12 euros and mats for 2.5 euros and calmly sunbathed on the free beach next to the hotel : -)
We were also satisfied with the food. We had breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast, however, was so-so. But this is the case everywhere in Italy. As the guide explained to us during the sightseeing tour, Italians do not have breakfast at all, but only drink a cup of coffee. Breakfast - buffet: coffee from a coffee machine, black or with milk, tea, cereal, muesli, milk, yogurt, sliced cheese and ham, butter, jams, croissants, biscuits, you can fry your own bread in an electric toaster. Dinners are awesome! First, a buffet: salads, raw and fried vegetables, some finely chopped pieces of either casseroles or pizza, cold cuts. Then the waiter brings two dishes to choose from, you order them the day before, and each one you choose from 4 offered. Then dessert - again a buffet. Drinks are not included in the tour price, so you order water and wine at the restaurant at your own expense. Their cost will then be included in the bill, which you pay at the reception when you leave the hotel. If you do not drink a bottle for dinner, you write the room number on it, it will be brought to you the next day for dinner. Once a week of rest there was a gala dinner with candles, live music and a surprise from the chef - a cake. But it ended early. And in general, of course, I perfectly understand that Italy is not Turkey, and animation in hotels does not happen here, but in the evenings young people will be bored here. Although, of course, young people can find a place for themselves to have fun (we did not look), but we did not observe any discos in the vicinity. If you go to the right from the hotel, there is an amusement park, but the attractions there are either completely for the little ones, or such that we were even scared to look at them, let alone ride. : -)
Another downside is the pool. We specifically chose a hotel with a pool, because. there was a teenager with us who likes to jump from the sides, but the pool turned out to be small (it seemed larger in the photo : -) they know how to shoot) and the water in it is cold and heavily chlorinated. I can't add any more comments. The hotel staff does not speak Russian, but knows English. We do not speak English, but we somehow communicated : -) By the way, the menu that is brought in the hotel restaurant has a translation into Russian. The truth is most likely translated in an online translator on Yandex or Google, so sometimes it’s not clear at all. But who is to blame for us that we do not know the language? In our restaurants there is no menu in Italian! : -)

In a word, we were satisfied with the hotel. I recommend!
