DO NOT GO, THE HOTEL IS HORRIBLE!

We went together on the "share" TEZ tour. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. After studying the hotel's website and reviews (fresh ones are all positive, a lot of bad old ones), we decided that such a luxurious four-star hotel for such money is an incredible chance. As it turned out later - all the photos on the site are a hoax, the hotel does not even reach 3 stars, and the service is at the level of Russian resorts.

After sitting for 4 hours in the smallest and cramped plane, then on the bus for almost an hour, waiting for something incomprehensible, we spent another hour on the road. Upon arrival (already at one in the morning), like the rest of the time, the hotel met with a strong smell, sorry, shit, so strong and sharp that it hit the nose and later woke up from it at night. This smell persists throughout the hotel, including on the beach and when you swim in the sea, it feels like you are swimming in the sewer.

As we were told, this is due to the numerous cow farms nearby.
We settled in the room of this "four-star" hotel - the Standard room is small, empty, dirty, ants crawl everywhere, the door to the toilet does not slam shut, the ventilation rattles deafeningly, the shower doors jam and do not close, there is nowhere to dry clothes. The next day, we were turned off the water for a day, not to wash, not to wash, not to go to the toilet. At the reception, the Russian-speaking concierge politely sends and recommends to put up. In exchange for a similar room, where everything works, or for a better room with a surcharge, we were refused. We were even refused a DRYER for clothes, they said it was not allowed. As a result, half the time we spent there - a technician ran back and forth to us and tried to fix at least something, until a Tez tour employee from Moscow helped us and agreed to change to a better room, while we were told several times in person that "It's impossible, everything is busy"). The new room was not much better, but at least with water and a small balcony.
The hotel staff basically speaks only Italian, even knowing the words in English. Seeing the Russians, they shoot at each other with sidelong glances, look at you with disgust and talk about it with each other.

The beach at the hotel is small (it is impossible to be on a wild beach) the sunbeds are all old, cheap and uncomfortable, the water is dirty, covered in algae like coffee grounds. You can walk on occasion to the buoys on foot - the water will be up to the waist. And of course, the smell of shit all over the place.
Closer to the buoys - the water and the bottom are relatively clean.

The animation at the hotel seems to be good, entertainment for the whole day, but it is only in Italian and for Italians, there are no Russians in this hotel.

Tomorrow at the hotel is tasteless, it is impossible to drink coffee, severe heartburn from baking. Lunch and dinner are even more or less, but they specifically remove all drinks and leave only water and wine, so that people would buy everything at the bar.
Soft all inclusive - a very dubious thing, for it you get: tap water, diluted powder in water ("soda"), yesterday's cold instant coffee and snacks to throw away from yesterday's dinner (baked from the leftovers of lunch), which in the morning lie uncovered in the sun.
Instead of lunch, you can sign up and take a "barbecue" by the beach: chicken fillet fried on an electric grill. It's all. After that, until the next morning, our stomachs ached.
Instead of dinner, you can sign up for a pizzeria - went three times, really liked it.
After dinner at the hotel on the day of departure, they got poisoned (perhaps the food was poorly washed, vegetables and potatoes crunched as if in the sand, maybe something else), after arrival they lay at home for about a week without leaving the toilet.

Horses were almost never seen in the hotel, especially when they were stroked.

Nearby there is a city in which, apart from one store, there is nothing interesting. There is a flamingo lake - getting on bikes in the heat is decent, not worth it.
Visitors to the hotel - mostly Italians and Germans retired. I used to have a better opinion about Italians - they are so noisy that two tables in a restaurant are enough to not hear each other. Standing at the door to chat and at the food at the buffet is in the order of things for them.
It was impossible to relax on the beach because of their noise. A little freaked out when they came and literally began to sit on our heads. Noisy, uncultured and arrogant.

In general, they were very dissatisfied. It's a pity for people who give $ 1100 for this.
No more foot in Sardinia after such a "luxury" hotel.
