We rested at the hotel from 31.08 to 7. . 09.2026 with a child of 8 years. The hotel is not bad but already old, needs renovation. ROOMS are large, comfortable, clean. There are enough towels. But there is a nuance: not all rooms have balconies, which is strange for a hotel on the sea (where to dry things? ). We paid an extra 12 euros per day to be moved to a room with a balcony. Therefore, clarify this issue immediately with the tour operator.
Another important nuance: there is no drinking water in the room, only in the restaurant in the machine or you buy it at the bar for 2 euros per bottle. Therefore, take empty plastic bottles with you in your suitcase so that there is somewhere to get water on the beach or in the room.
The food is good, varied, lots of vegetables, fish, meat, pasta, risotto, prosciutto, fruit, for lunch and dinner they give a carafe of dry white or red wine. But our children don't have enough soup, they just ate pasta. But coffee, beer and strong alcohol are available at the bar for money and not cheap: beer 0.33l 4 euros, drink 8 euros, coffee 1.5-2.5 euros. In the restaurant for breakfast, instant coffee is from the machine. Therefore, I advise anyone who needs it to buy strong alcohol in duty free or take it with you in your suitcase. Take your own coffee and kettle.
For breakfast there are a lot of pastries (croissants, buns, cakes, pastries) and in general in Sicily there are very tasty sweets.
The sea, the beach is super, sand. Take beach towels with you, here only for a deposit of 30 euros + 5 euros for washing.
In the evening there is a show program, on the beach and by the pool there is animation, exercise.
In general, the hotel is not bad if you prepare yourself. And be sure to take clothespins with you (gusts of wind blow things off the balcony).
We also had a late check-out and the room must be checked out by 10:00. Everything would be fine, but there are no conditions to prepare for a long journey. There is no shower in the hotel for such cases, guests wash themselves somehow in an open shower on the beach.
I realized that we are more accustomed to vacationing in Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, it is more oriented to us.
But in general, the vacation was good, the sea and beach are wonderful. Lots of beds, enough for everyone.
