There is no theft, which is the most important thing. the staff was friendly, but English is poorly known to C grade plus. in the room there is a safe, tv, a large wardrobe, a hair dryer, in short, everything you need is there. the toilet and the entire bathroom is snow-white. the shower, however, whistled with strong pressure, but it was nonsense. *))) lived on the second floor in room 266 overlooking the garden and the security booth. . to the beach 100 meters. We used the beach for free because we took half board. it is better to take it, otherwise you will have to pay 20 euros per person to use the beach of a five-star hotel. went down the elevator. the height at which the hotel is located is approximately the size of a 10-storey building and an elevator in the rock. very cool and unusual! such a gorgeous view opens when you stand on the edge of the cliff, which is breathtaking. you can see the island of Capri, the volcano Vesuvius, the photos are excellent especially if you have a good camera! the beach is bulk there with black volcanic sand and stones. Of course, children, of course, have nothing more to do there; such a beach is suitable for adults already. the water is clean, the sand is clean, sunbeds and umbrellas are all there. You do not need to pay, but I remind you that if you take half board, then the beach is free !!! ! and if you do not take half. then 20 euros per person to go there. there is a bar on the beach where you can have a meal at lunch for a certain number of euros. The hotel only offers breakfast and dinner, no lunch. the food is good, especially delicious spaghetti with sea reptiles! tasty and satisfying. a little expensive, of course, but Italy can not be cheap. pizza at the hotel costs 16 euros, and if you go to a cafe in the center of Sorrento, you can order it for 10 euros. the staff who served the restaurant in the hotel did not always bring change. so keep an eye on this and remind you if they don’t carry for a long time. we had it 3 times. breakfasts are held in a five-star hotel that bought itself La Residenza 4 *. these two hotels are located on the same territory of the botanical garden. Breakfast is the same every day the same. choice is small. cheese, sausage, croissants, eggs, tomatoes, tiki salad, fruit, jam, tea, coffee, juices. but dinners are good. if in the morning there is a buffet, then in the evening there is already a restaurant with waiters and a menu. with us, since we rested in 4 stars, the menu was thinner, but the five-star comrades had more *)) but the choice was good. any drinks for a fee. By the way, if you dine, drink, you can pay immediately in cash or just say the number of the room in which you live, sign the check. . . they will record everything, and upon check-out they will announce to you the amount for which you ate, drank and ate *) the alcohol is pure, fresh juices are wonderful, very tasty first and second courses. dinners are held on the terrace from which you can admire the sunset. The table setting is beautiful, the waiters are all brand new. there is a guy who speaks a little Russian and can help with the choice of food. you can use a credit card. conclusion, I recommend this hotel to everyone, we were satisfied with our stay in it. but most importantly, I will write from which company we went. drove from Pac Group. poor organization of excursions. if there was a free tour of Sorrento, then they impose headphones that cost 1.5 euros, but they don't always work. and at the end of the tour they are taken away and sold to the next tourists. it should not be. the next day after a free survey in Sorrento where they sold us headphones for 1.5 euros, we went on a paid excursion to the island of Capri, then these headphones were sold to us for 2 euros. we asked why yesterday it was 1.5, and today it is 2 euros? We were told that the tour will be longer, so the price is higher *))) well, funny *)))) where is the logic? Well, what can people do to earn money as they can...... Batteries do not work sometimes, they fail, they do not have time to change them. . . and 2 euros just flew away and a person walks and listens with his ears, and the headphones hang around idle. Damage money will not be refunded. *) transfer there and back without a Russian guide. send Italians who do not speak Russian at all !! . and this poor carrier is rushing about in search of Russians, gathering people. Well, how is it possible? ! Why don’t Russian-speaking guides accompany transfers? ! This is outrageous. we didn't like the Pac Group organization. so think through which organization to go.
