The hotel was chosen because it was necessary to stay in Amman on certain dates, and there were no places in more successful hotels that suited us in terms of price and quality. The lobby is quite clean and tidy, Wi-Fi is more or less normal. In the rooms - too, but you have to ask for a password at the reception. Not smoky, as stated in other reviews. The rooms are spacious, cleaned every day at the same time. Towels are good and new. There is soap, shower gel, shampoo, nail file, cotton pads and sticks, replenished every day. This is, perhaps, all the advantages of this hotel. Can't recommend it to tourists unless for 1-2 nights if there are no other options. The furniture in the rooms is old, hot water was periodically cool. The room itself is dirty and in need of a facelift. Cleaning is bad, they don’t wipe the dust, the bed is rarely changed, the toilet bowl has never been properly cleaned. The TV didn't work. There is no overhead lighting, only spotlights. Breakfast is frankly bad, tasteless. You can only eat boiled eggs, sometimes potatoes, fresh vegetables, laban and hummus. Terrible quality instant coffee. Tolerably, but there is no pleasure from staying. Try to find a better accommodation option.
