We rested at the Holiday in Dead Sea Hotel from 09/06 to 09/16 from the Taiki Tour travel company. The flight was excellent. Transfer to the hotel by car. Upon arrival, we settled in the main building on the 3rd floor overlooking the parking lot. The furniture in the rooms is new. the day when they found out that the beach does not work here. We talked with a representative of Taiki Tour, they made it clear to us that they were not to blame for anything and that compensation should not be expected: excursions were offered at the same prices without a discount, they did not offer to move to another room, but they offered to move to a 4-room hotel, which in fact 3+. They were taken to the beach to a non-working hotel. At first there were no umbrellas on the beach. After the disturbances, 7 pieces were put in. There are no locker rooms, no toilets, only a shower.
