Really liked Grand Hotel. It is a comfortable and quiet hotel. Stayed in Dec 2014. The room was very warm. Location is perfect: close walk to the city center. The restaurant was good (try Russian dumplings ""pelmeni"" and Asian "manty" for lunch/dinner - delicious).
