I would like to share my unforgettable impressions of my vacation in the private hotel Romantic Villa.
This was not my first trip to Sri Lanka. Before that, I had a rest in the large hotels Eden and Riverina, because I simply did not know that there was another opportunity for a more individual and interesting, as well as completely independent vacation.
I would like to share the benefits of a private vacation.
The hostess of the villa is a Russian young woman. She personally met us at the Colombo airport in a comfortable minibus.
We flew on Emirates Airways via Dubai, many previous reviews have written about these flights, so I won’t pay much attention to the flight.
From Colombo to Beruwella we get there in 3.5 hours. Judging by the distance (65 km), it’s a bit long, but for the roads of Sri Lanka, it’s quite normal.
At the entrance to the territory of the villa, I was shocked by the surrounding beauty. The villa is located in the Beruwella area on the banks of the Bentota River, literally 5 minutes from the Indian Ocean. This is one of the most beautiful places on the southwestern coast of Sri Lanka.
It is here that you can have a good and inexpensive rest, enjoying a light, relaxed atmosphere, surrounded by coconut palms and tropical vegetation.
The two-storey mansion with terraces along the perimeter of the building has 5 huge, stylishly furnished rooms.
All rooms with air conditioning, fan, terrace or balcony, including a large shower room.
On the territory of the villa there is a swimming pool, where you can swim at any time of the day. The fully equipped kitchen could be used on request.
We personally had HB, the food is simply amazing, the chef fulfilled all our desires.
Another plus: we were offered any excursions at prices much lower than taking through a tour operator.
Of course, we used these services and were very pleased with all the trips.
