We arrived at 3 am, the guide dropped off right on the road, there was no one at the reception after 25 minutes woke up. At 4:30 in the morning we tried to settle in a room with a double bed for three people, the air conditioner did not work. We demanded a room with three beds but we were refused because the manager wrote that a double room for two people asked to wait until 8 am. By 6 am settled in a room with a working air conditioner but with a third small bed. Not vacation but horror! Management at the hotel is disgusting only and they count money at the reception one after another. We complained to the representatives of Join up, but they do nothing concrete. If possible, go to another hotel!
