This is a youth budget hotel with a good location. Of course, when you check into this hotel, it is better to put some money at the reception so that they can check in faster and give you a normal room and a closer one. Beginning of August. A hotel if you can call it that. . . rather a guest house is empty. They didn't even enter the standard and paid 45 US dollars for the deluxe. . . Papa Carlo's closet. We paid another 30 and fit on the third floor in a suite... for a triple it's normal. The hotel is empty. We had breakfast included.

They gave a continental breakfast... it would be better not to give it. Fried eggs 4 toasted bread butter jam well and tea or coffee. Soap begged for shampoo is not allowed. The only good thing was that it had a fridge and air conditioner. And about the ocean... all the hotels are on the first line... there is no other. Turtles are amazing, we hugged and rode and took pictures... super.

The hotel was not particularly chosen, we went to the first guest house that came across! A budget place where you can spend the night and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Sri Lanka. The location of the hotel is excellent right on the beach, the rooms are large and spacious, there is air conditioning and a fan, there is no refrigerator.

WI FI works only at the reception and the beach, not in the rooms. There are few free sunbeds on the beach. The beaches are endless. Near the hotel there are many cafes where you can eat delicious fresh seafood, in the evening there are many bars and discos right on the beach. Who is used to luxury hotels, you definitely do not come here)) In general, we are satisfied with everything! Have a nice holiday everyone!

We booked the hotel through booking, and there were licked clean photos. But when they arrived. . . The only plus is the view of the ocean. But here it is almost everywhere. The staff is polite, but does not at all seek to fix problems and generally at least do something. Restaurant - breakfasts are served extremely slowly, in the kitchen, as far as you can see - very untidy.

Restaurant - breakfasts are served extremely slowly, in the kitchen, as far as you can see - very untidy. Everywhere we stayed in Sri Lanka, freshly squeezed juice is served for breakfast, especially since it is cheap here, fruits grow everywhere and whatever. But not in Ritas. Fay is sad. Saved by local communications, 4G they even much and again cheaper than dirt.
Rooms are a separate story. We booked a standard through booking, it looked pretty decent. It turned out to be on the spot. that these are damp dark closets on the ground floor, some of which are adjacent to the public shower and toilet. We decided to pay extra for the deluxe, at least there is air and a terrace. No kettle or refrigerator. But there is air conditioning, thanks for that. There are no toiletries, toilet paper is not brought and not removed even at the request. The linen gives off mold. By the way, caught the moment of washing. First, they lay out the sheets right on the roof to dry. And then they dry the rugs there !! ! So, draw your own conclusions, whether you need it here. Moreover, for this money there are many more decent options.
Everything that is metal is rusty, some holes under the ceiling, apparently where the pipes used to pass. A canopy with traces of mold, and everything else is quite worn and haphazardly arranged.
Booking has already stopped offering it, I think this is sufficient proof that you don’t need to go to this hotel!
