The hotel corresponds to the declared 3 stars and its price. More like a sanatorium for the mentally ill: quiet, calm, few people. Very pleasant and attentive service. There are so few people in the hotel that after a couple of days you already know everyone and greet and communicate with everyone. You will not find entertainment here, just go somewhere, but this is not a problem, there are always beach fights with your tuk-tuk. There are also problems with cafes, there are very few of them and the menu is equally meager! We took breakfast + dinner. Breakfasts, of course, are modest everywhere, but especially here. In addition to scrambled eggs, donuts and fruits, I could not eat anything, everything was tasteless. Of the fruits, only pineapples, bananas, oranges and papaya. Juices - chemistry on water. Dinners are more varied, you definitely won’t stay hungry, but you still won’t find any frills. Mostly rice, potatoes or pasta, fish or chicken, some seafood, a parody of salads, biscuits and jellies, and the same assortment of fruits. . True, we found a way out of this situation, went to the fish market, bought shrimp and fish, gave the scourge fights to cook and enjoyed dinner! The main attraction of the hotel is the beach and the ocean, although the hotel itself has no merit in this. But, there is also a minus here - it is very noisy at night, the ocean is noisy so that it seems like a hurricane outside the window. In general, we liked both Sri Lanka itself and the hotel. We enjoyed the rest, the beauty of nature, the waves in the ocean, went on various excursions and went to the city just like that. But, remembering the rest in Thailand, I understand that I don’t want to go to Sri Lanka anymore, maybe for now!
