Family vacation (3 people) at the end of January 2016.
Advantages:

1. First line. Flawless beach. Large rooms with balconies and ocean views.
2. The optimal number of rooms, the hotel is not overloaded. Free working wi-fi.
3. Deluxe room - large terrace and frontal ocean view. Large bathroom in the room, new plumbing.
4. Friendly staff. We were immersed in a warm atmosphere, especially the child. Many compliments. Mutual.
5. Kitchen. There is not much variety, but everything you need is there and everything is delicious. Soups are great. The cook tried not to repeat himself as much as possible. The main drawback is bad coffee. And no yogurt.
6. The beach is well equipped. Wooden sunbeds, which are always there. If there is not enough, they are delivered. Shade under palm trees. Shower on the beach. Shower and toilet in the building (very comfortable). Beach towels are always available.
7. The pool is clean, not crowded with people. There is a children's pool.

The jacuzzi near the pool is a very interesting solution.

Disadvantages:
1. Practically no own territory. Only the beach.
2. Animation is missing. In the evening there is nowhere to go but to the ocean.
3. The reception makes a depressing impression, it looks very primitive, utilitarian. The same applies to the restaurant - white walls, wooden tables. Some banal accessories would have saved the situation, but they are not.
4. Shabby walls in the corridors, on flights of stairs. Dirty windows. Shabby old elevator. Stucco is peeling off in places.
5. The hotel has a fountain. There was a wedding - it was turned on. The wedding is over - turned off.
6. You need to hunt for a hair dryer through the reception. The walls in the room are begging for painting. The furniture is normal, but needs a simple restoration. Worn towels, often stained. Dirty tulle in the room, the windows and the door to the balcony are covered with corrosion.
7. General impression - global savings on everything.
Improvements do not require any super investments (touch up, clean up), a banal painting would save the situation, but nothing is being done. It feels like every penny is counted. Or is it politics in the style of "and so it will do. "

Summary of the hotel: a good budget choice for those who do not want to find fault with repairs, who do not need all inclusive and animation, but who are looking for a warm ocean, meditation and an escape from the metropolis. You just need to be able to swim in the ocean, on the waves. Everything works in the hotel, the staff is friendly, everything is there for a wonderful beach holiday. But you need to keep in mind that in case of any problems, no one will deal with you.

Now for the bad: they stole money from the safe in the lobby. It was stolen in two stages, so they figured it out. We turned to the general manager (name is Muslim, or something like that). They did not want to take dirty linen out of the hut. No investigation has been carried out, no solution has been proposed. When we "call the police" - it turned out that no.
This became clear when we contacted the police ourselves. The money was not returned to us. Muslim himself behaved simply like an idiot, not thinking of anything better than pretending not to recognize us when they met. The conclusion is simple: he knows who the thief is. Muslim is a cowardly, scared and indifferent manager who needs to be fired.
