Please read my comment before going to Induruwa Beach Hotel in Sri Lanka
Rested from 25.10. 12 to 02.11. 12. First of all, I want to say that I did not put 1 because I take even negative situations as a lesson and do not try to spoil the whole holiday. It all started quite well, the hotel looks good, the room is clean, the repair is normal, the area is not large enough, but the beach is not limited, the coastline is open in two directions, more than 2 km in each direction for sure. On the 3rd day we were ROBBED. Room on the 1st floor 101, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach, 15 meters from the window sits security. After dinner we left the room closed. Arriving in 20-30 minutes. realized that we were robbed. They opened the window and entered the room without hindrance. Among the stolen items were - 2 passports gr. Of Ukraine, camera. , mobile phone, money, etc.
I also want to say that they were looking for money, that is, they had time for it, the security guard was not clear where, and it became suspicious to us, because before that we watched him during the day and evening, and for more than 3 minutes. he did not leave. The hotel administration called the police (we are not sure it was the police). Immediately after that we were moved to another room on the 3rd floor. The only thing we were told that we are guilty because we did not use the safe at the reception, probably the camera and phone also had to be left in the safe for the entire vacation period).

Documents (stolen passports) were returned to us at the reception on the last day of rest without explanation.
Conclusion:
1. Security (or administration) with theft in collusion, the hotel administration covers them
2. In this hotel robbery is not surprising, in many rooms where we were broken latches, they are often, apparently, repaired. (2nd and 3rd floor as well)
