The air conditioner was very noisy, the thermostat did not work, the air duct grate was dirty. I notified the staff about these problems, I demonstrated everything to them. Since the claims, according to the staff, were justified, I was offered a choice of several rooms, but what was my surprise when I personally saw that the other rooms had the same picture. We decided to stay in our room. It was impossible to fall asleep with the air conditioner running. Fortunately, it was a little cooler at night and we left the balcony door open and turned off the air conditioner.
