In fact, the review is more likely about everything except the hotel, since a lot has been written about it and all the good things are true. The hotel is not new but very clean and comfortable. Green area, beautiful water garden, normal cuisine (breakfast), extremely friendly staff. By the way, having walked around his older brother Royal Palms 5 *, we were unpleasantly surprised: the territory is worse, the staff is angrier, although the pool is larger.
In general, I recommend the hotel. But about the carrier and the meeting company I will write separately:
1. Meals on board AirArabia. It had to be ordered immediately when buying tickets, then you are guaranteed to be able to eat, otherwise you won’t get anything. If we knew about it right away, we ordered it, because the child wanted to eat, but there was nothing to eat. True, the flight attendants themselves and the planes are excellent. Moreover, they load food only in Sharjah, respectively, when you fly from Kyiv or Colombo, you eat up what is left of the previous flight, that is, nothing.

2. Checkin back.
A lot of nerves and swearing went into putting us together. First they gave us boarding passes for different rows. After arguing with the girl on check-in, she was able to make us one row for the flight from Colombo, but she could no longer make the flight from Sharjah, since, like, this is no longer possible. After I quarreled with the chief of check-in managers, it turned out that everything is possible.
3. Host Exotic Holidays. We were hustled at the airport upon arrival for 4 hours (from 3 to 7 am) before being taken to the hotel, as they collected buses from several flights arriving at different times. We lost our luggage on one flight, and we waited for them to arrange everything, they didn’t want to take us separately. Swearing didn't help : )
4. Excursions from the host Exotic Holidays. They could not offer us anything except a day trip to Kandy in a crowd, they said a lot of tourists, they can not cope with the flow.
Therefore, we turned to the company at the Tangerine Tours hotel, and they arranged what we wanted without any problems - a prostitute for 4 days in a minibus with a driver and guide. Moreover, they had regular excursions in different variations at similar prices. I highly recommend, and the guide Achinta Rasanga is just smart, he talked about the country in a very interesting way.

And the rest - everything is very cool, I really liked the country, the people are friendly, the hotel is excellent, in short, everything is cool. But now we will think three times whether to fly with a low-cost airline and with an incomprehensible host. . .
